Poured up on tap at Tipsy Cactus where it exhibits a chocolate to burnt copper colored body that supports a tan head of foam. The aroma offers up an interesting and inviting blend of grapefruit, pine, chocolate malts and roasted malts. The taste delivers firm grapefruit to pine sap near chewy hop bitterness. To midway chocolate malts and increasingly roasted malts begin to kick in and culminating with a moderate degree of burnt malts. This achieves a tasty hop to roasted malt balance. I dig it.

Poured up on tap at Tipsy Cactus where it exhibits a nice dark chocolate colored body that supports a full mocha head of foam. The aroma offers up citrus flowing into spicy hoppiness and chocolate malts. The taste delivers a pleasing blend of citrus, bitter hop spiciness hitting up against a wall of roasted to chocolate malts. This achieves a really nice balance with tasty depth. Yum. Dangerously crushable.

Panda, courtesy of SHIG, pours with a mahogany colored body that supports a thin light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up boozy caramel and other reduced sugars as well as the sherry richness of the barrel treatment and then fig and plum like fruity esters. The taste delivers smooth slick caramel goodness and sliding slowly towards growing booziness and the bourbon to whiskey like barrel treatment. Nice as it is well integrated with no sharp corners to be found. Into the finish is becomes a tad sherry like as the alcohol presents a pleasant warming of the upper intestines. Fun sipper.

Panda, courtesy of SHIG, pours with a murky copper colored body that supports a thin off white head of foam. The aroma offers up malt some pine mixed with orange marmalade and a bit of vague berry. The taste delivers some nice citrusy orange marmalade as well as subtle pine hop bitterness. Toward the finish a thin note of berry like fruitiness bubbles to the surface. Nice offering.

Bomber pours with a slightly murky copper gold colored body that supports a thin near white head of foam. The aroma offers up tart to cherry tartness followed by an inviting bacon like smoked meat sensation that is working great here. The taste is largely somewhat vague tart notes back up by pork meat dominated alderwood like smokiness. This is working really well for me even though it's tart forward. Yes, have some.

Pint can pours with a clear brown mahogany copper hued body that supports a thin off white head of foam. The aroma offers up woodiness and booze to start and then reveals plum like fruity esters that might also be part of the rum character. The taste is straight up oak like woodiness bleeding into plum to raisin and then sweeter boozier rum like sherry and brown sugar character. The woodiness and booze are the defining notes but this does round out into a really nice sipper. Yes.

33cl bottle pours with a deep dark chocolate colored body that supports a thin tan head of foam. The aroma offers up a bit of plum and fig fruity esters flowing into chocolate, caramel and a sense of booze. The taste delivers similar notes with sweet sugar stewed plums and figs as well as growing chocolate maltiness and booziness. Another sip reveals thin wafers of dark roastiness and nuttiness. Solid offering.
