,75cl bottle shared with Silke, Bernhard and Nicole at Wir Komplizin. Gold with a foamy, white head. Intense aroma is an interesting blend of Riesling, Apfelwein, barrel and yeast. Taste is tart, borderline sour with a faint dough-like sweetness and an oak bitterness that pervades the finish. Light bodied, delicate, moderate carbonation. Very nice.

Can thanks to Silke. Yellow and hazy with a creamy, white head. Pine aroma with lemon zest and fruit candy overtones. Taste is mildly oatmeal sweet with a low-level, citric bitterness that takes over the finish. Body to the full side of medium, moderate carbonation, moderate to mild carbonation. Goes down easy. Good.
