Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7.5
Med-full body, med carbo. High bitterness, med cereal sweetness. Med-light warmth. Lots of citrusy, med piney, zesty hops character. Very juicy. Intense. Not the most complex hops profile, but works. Good one.

Full body, med carbo. Very high bitterness, borderline obstructive. Med-high sweetness too, cereal. And medium warmth to boot. Lots of citrusy, zesty hops character. Not incredibly nuanced, rather strong af. Interesting, good. Only a sample though.

Med body, well attenuated. Med-high carbo. Med-high sweetness, med spiciness, med-light bitter. Medium warmth, soft, rounded. So far so good. Could use more depth of flavour tho. Only light wood, with med red fruits. Light caramelly malt. About it. Good.

Med-full body, med carbo. Med bitter, med sweet, good balance. Lots of spicing going on, pretty good too, ditching the cinnamon and clove and going the ginger, nutmeg way. Drinkable, good, nice.

Med bod, med carbo. Nice mix of med chai and med witty spicy phenolics. Light sweet, bitter, med spicy feeling. Easy drinking, good.

Pretty basic macro feeling sour cherry flavoured beer, no nuance. Very sweet, out of balance, lots of sour cherry, artificial feeling, light sourness. Average. Kastel Rouge does the same thing, but better.

Pretty classic polotmavy and christmas spice mix. Med body, med-high carbo. Med-high sweetness, med bitter. Med caramelly malt, light dried fruits, light diacetyl. Medium cinnamon clove mix. A bit basic, but works. Good.

Med-thin bod, med wheatiness. Med-hi carbo. Med-light sour, sweet, light bitter. Moderate maracuja, not overt. Still kinda dominating, but witty phenolics and citruses can still be felt. Easy drinking, good balance.

Med-light body, well attenuated. Med carbo. High bitterness, borderline DIPAish lvl. Light sweetness. Medium grassy, herbal, even light zesty, piney hops. Med-light toasted malt. Subtle, nuanced, well balanced. Med-light warmth, pleasant. Great.
