473 ml can. Pours a dull amber with little head. Aromas of grape skins, citrus, stoned fruit, a bit of Belgian yeast and soft toasty malts. Flavors follow same with gooseberry tartnesss. Spruce tips coming in Kate after things warm up. Seems more a kettle sour than any type of saison.

pours a dark copper color with light head and lots of suspended chunks which looks like protein coagulation, as opposed to sediment. Aromas of sweet caramel malts (possibly rice) and dried fruit. Flavors of sweet caramel, muddled fruit and soft toasted malts.

473 ml can. Pours a dull amber with moderate head. Aromas of earthy yeast, some bubblegum, candied citrus, and almost doughy malts. Flavors of candied citrus, grassy hops, bright Belgian yeast and biscuity malts. Nice.

473 ml can. Pours a bright amber with moderate foamy head. Aromas of soft pine, grapefruit and doughy malts. Flavors follow same with additional resin and spice with emphasis on malts. Long bitter finish. Old School. Very nice.

200 ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy pale gold. Aromas of florals, condensed honey, and allspice. Jubbled flavors of same with allspice prominent. Off balance.

750 ml bottle. Pours brown with light head. Aromas of dried fruit, thin boozy brandy, oak, a bit of dry caramel and toasted malts. Flavors follow same with oak and booze prominent, and overloading the base beer. BA seems like apple brandy or calvados. Good, but way overpriced for the delivery.

On tap at Van Moll Fest (Jan/26)
Pours almost black with moderate foamy nitro like head. Aromas of creamy coffee, bourbon, and slick roasted malts. Flavors of oaky bourbon, maple syrup, creamy coffee, dry vanilla and roasted malts. Very good.

473 ml can. Pours a very dark brown with full tan head that settles quickly. Aromas of cinnamon, plastic, and faint roasted malts. Flavors follow same with additional flat cola. Thin and sweet with lots of cinnamon. Needs bigger bready malts to support the name.
