Color ámbar, velada, espuma beige fina de retención media. Aroma y sabor a levadura, fruta seca (pasas, dátil), pan tostado, caramelo, repostería, algo de cereza. Fondo maltoso y dulce, algo oleosa, final seco y levemente amargo, con un puntito de especias. Como dubel es bastante normalita, pero no está mal.
