Cask at the Barrel Vault, St Pancras on 1st August 2026. Just shy of a clear amber with lasting off-white foam and scant lacing. Malty and spicy aroma. Spicy citrus in-mouth and finish with a TCP note. Velvet smooth mouthfeel and a full body.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 11th August 2026. Golden amber with shallow foam and scant lacing. Rich nutty aroma with zesty peel. Rich and intense zest, peachy fruits and nutty malts in-mouth and a lasting, satisfying finish reflecting all of these. Full to medium bodied with an engaging mouthfeel. Absolutely exquisite.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 11th August 2026. Almost clear coppery amber with shallow yet lasting yellowy white foam and full lacing. Pungent and malty aromas. Peels, malts and leafy hops in-mouth, and a finish of caramel malt, spices and leafy hoppiness. Light bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 11th August 2026. Lightly hazy gold with shallow disappearing foam and initial lacing. Fruity aroma. Citrus wash and a light finish of sweet and citric fruitiness. Light body, smooth mouthfeel and quenching on a warm August afternoon.

Reopened early 2026 and run by a cooperative. Much more intimate and ‘pubby’ than its previous incarnation as the ‘Rad’.10 people in pub this time around compared with 1 last time. Fullers, Bass, Landlord and two Milton beers on the fully used set of five handpumps. Guinness, a cider and two kegs on tap. Friendly staff and one local (Ken) was particularly so! Glad it’s back.
