Corner shop on the main street in Titus Salt's Unesco model village around his mill. A cafe bar with three rooms, two above the main airy and light ground floor space with the counter at the rear, the space is shared with plenty of people here for the coffee and light bites as well as those ordering from the over half dozen craft keg selection. There's a fridge to the right of the counter just where the stairs up to the more smartly decorated sitting spaces exist, which has further cooled crafted options. A few seats are available outside the premises too.

Sights & Swills Summer Holiday Beer#117. ST. PETER PORT. From June 2025. Lightly hazed golden with a small head. It's very dry tasting, and in aftertaste too, but there's a modicum of tropical fruit, leaving it drinkable, but unexciting. It's fruitiest in its aroma.

In the second unit in the industrial estate just across the road from the entrance to Crossflatts railway station, it's no more than a few minutes walk from the platform and very handy when traversing the Aire Valley to hit a few different bars. If you're not too familiar with the brewer then you'll find a long row of their regular cask ales at their weekly weekend tap as well as their latest special brew, this is situated on an upper level platform above the brewing process below, which is visible. The bar is quite small against one side wall with plenty of seating in front and it's all smart and thought out well enough. In good weather you'll probably want to head to the outdoor seating built against the fence at the back of the unit, with the railway lines right next to you as you sup. There's no shade here though. A craft cider should be available in the fridge behind the bar.

Sights & Swills Summer Holiday Beer#116. ST. PETER PORT. From June 2025. Dark brown with a head. Easy textured stout, not hitting the heights of roasted, with something of a floral influence in this respect, in both aroma and taste.

Sights & Swills Summer Holiday Beer#115. ST. PETER PORT. From June 2025. Mildly hazed golden ale with a big head. Has floral-fruity notes, but more of the latter of the two aspects. Pleasant body.

Sights & Swills Summer Holiday Beer#114. ST. PETER PORT. From June 2025. I believe Randalls have acquired a licence to brew some Dutch recipes on the island of Guernsey. This one is very dark brown with a light-brown creamy head. It's somewhat nutty-roasted in aroma, but comes across blander in taste, but holds its own as a macro styled keg pour. Drank at the Red Lion as the islands election results were being announced

Sights & Swills Summer Holiday Beer#113. ST. PETER PORT. From June 2025. Golden with a carbonation, creating quite a nice head. Refreshing, but a little ordinary, except for a hint of floral citrus in taste.
