Weak-sauce Irish red, with a little bit of toasted bread but mostly acidic notes of apple and a off-kilter floral bitterness.

Heavy notes of caramel accented by a touch of toasted bread and cut flowers, followed by a gentle sweetness and a floral finish. Not bad.

Sweet grain and biscuit notes but with the same weird tartness as the Tailgate IPA I just had. Not a dealbreaker but not a beer I’d order again.

Not bad but offers up an underlying tartness that seems a bit out of whack with the rest of the IPA flavors. Mild notes of caramel and peach and lychee mixed with grapefruit zest and dank. Odd but drinkable.

Finding a lot of tasty WCIPAs lately and Your Tai is no exception. Notes of dank, melon, stone fruit, orange, and mango, with a mineral-pine bitterness on the back end. Good beer.

Tasty IPA, notes of grapefruit rind, melon, passion fruit, mango, and a touch of white grape, with a spicy rye undertone and a modest pine bitterness on the finish. Good pint.

Another strong WCIPA from Burial, dank and resinous yet full of grapefruit, white grape, and stone fruit notes, followed by a modest pine bitterness. Wish the hop vitriol was stronger in the fade but still a great beer.
