(Draft at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 17 Aug 2025) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with citrus, green grapes, white wine, oak wood and funky yeast. Fruity, tart taste with notes of citrus, grapes, peaches, lemon, oak wood and hints of yeast. Hardly any bitterness. More than medium body, dry. Fresh, dry and funky, with a good grape presence. Very nice.

(Draft at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 17 Aug 2025) Hazy yellow colour with foamy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of banana, lemon, passionfruit and yeast. Fruity, tart taste with citrus, banana, passionfruit, pineapple and white bread. No bitterness. More than medium body, mainly dry. Ok, I was a bit sceptic about this, but it turned out the fresh acidity and dryness make it work really well. Tasty and refreshing. Very nice.

(Draft at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 17 Aug 2025) Black colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with liquorice, herbs, anise, fennel and black bread. Malty, slightly roasted taste with notes of caramel, liquorice, herbs, anise, coffee, cardamom, oak wood and a mild herbal bitterness in a warming finish. Full body, quite sweet. Rich and quite interesting, with lots of liquorice, herbs and decent splash of alcohol ... on steroids. Very nice.

(Draft at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 17 Aug 2025) Dark brown colour, almost black, with frothy beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of chocolate, coffee and vanilla. Malty, roasted, sweetish taste with dark chocolate, black coffee, vanilla, cinnamon and a balanced cacao bitterness. Almost full body, quite sweet. On the sweet side, but quite well balanced with rich flavours of chocolate and vanilla. Very nice.

Malty, vinous, sweet taste with notes of caramel, dried fruit, sultanas, dates, oak wood, a touch of brandy and a mild herbal bitterness in a warming finish. Full body, sweet. Rich, strong and warming. Very nice.

(Draft at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 17 Aug 2025) Pale pinkish orange with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, floral nose with notes of citrus, orange peel, mandarin and hibiscus. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, orange peel, pink grapefruit and a generous citric/floral bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Refreshing. Quite nice.

Malty, roasted taste with notes of black coffee, dark chocolate, dark bread, oak wood, Islay whisky and a generous coffee bitterness. Full body, with a touch of sweetness. Rich and tasty, with a generous whisky barrel character. Very nice.

Fruity, tart taste with oak wood, vinegar, dried fruit, caramel, spices and yeast. Hardly any bitterness. Almost full body, with a slight sweetness. Tart, woody and complex. Interesting. Very nice.
