(Can) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity nose with apples, orange peel, hay and spices. A touch of glue. Fruity taste with notes of apples, orange peel, hay, lemon and a gentle bitterness in a finish with a generous citric acidity. Medium body, mainly dry, but with a light sweetness. Interesting, but a bit unbalanced and slightly odd. Quite enjoyable.

(Draft at Sophie'n Eck, Berlin, 13 May 2026) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, hay, herbs and dough. Malty taste with bread, hay, grain, herbs, grass and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Crisp and clean. Quite nice.

(Draft at Biererei, Berlin, 12 May 2026) Pale amber colour, slightly hazy, with brief off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with apricots, orange marmalade, bread, wheat, banana and clove. Fruity, malty taste with notes of bread, wheat, orange, peaches, apricots, crackers, banana, clove and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Rich and tasty hefeweizen. Very nice.

(Draft at Biererei, Berlin, 12 May 2026) Pale amber colour, slightly hazy, with frothy white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, orange peel, mandarin and resin. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, mandarin, grapefruit, resin, peaches, stone fruit, white bread and a balanced citric/resiny bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a slight sweetness. Rich and hoppy. Very nice.

Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, mango, pineapple, grapefruit, lemon peel, white bread and a balance citric/herbal bitterness. Almost full body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh, hoppy and juicy. Very nice.

Fruity taste with ripe mango, tropical fruit, mandarin, apricots and a mild herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fruity and juicy, with lots of mango. Very nice.
