opalescent golden colour, large, dense ecru-ish white head; aroma of grainy, some fruity, herbal, sweat and buttery notes; taste of hoppy bitterness, some metallic, buttery and maybe slight grapefruity notes...well, it would be quite hard to distinguish it from a lager in a blinded test...

opalescent golden colour, huge, dense and long lasting ecru-ish head; aroma of grapefruity, grape, pine resiny, moderate tangerine and some honeycomb toffee; taste is dominated by devastating hoppy bitterness with similar notes to the aroma; great 'classical' (ie west coast) IPA! It's a pleasure to drink it after plenty of NEIPAs I've tasted in the past months
