Have always loved porters and stouts. In recent years I have grown to really enjoy European and American lagers.

16 oz can from 66 Super Liquors. Aroma has soft caramel and toasted bread. Flavor is mild, caramel, weak chocolate, and I guess you could say a mild hint of honey sweetness.
Has a mild astringency in the finish. It is drinkable. Biggest problem for me is the super thin, watery body. Maybe some oats would help with the body?

16 oz can. Aroma and soft pie crust, light nutmeg, light cinnamon, light marshmallow. So it does resemble the pie. All the same things follow in the flavor with a long light lasting lactic acid after the sip.
I was craving pumpkin pie when I bought this. It sort of did hit the mark as a liquid pumpkin pie. Not much gourd. Decent for what it is.

16 oz can. Aroma shows cracker and dusty malt. Flavor has a moderate backbone of Malta, providing cracker and white bread. A very soft, dying hint of floral hops in the finish.
Hard to know the age of the can but this is definitely a bready malt bomb. Decent enough for this simple style.

16 oz can in a trade with tfontana. Much thanks! Aroma shows weak citrus, peel, mango, and house yeast.
Flavor follows the aroma with a hint of peach. It becomes sweet and the ABV is excessive. It’s good, but I’m not sure why everybody has their dicks hard over it. Scores are over inflated on this one.

16 oz can from the brewery.
The flavor has layers of malt. Caramel, toffee, raisins, fig. The Cacao nibs show in the finish. The alcohol is mellow and the sweetness helps cover it up for sure. Has a mild alcohol warming is felt after the sip. It warms the belly without showing alcohol in the taste.
The brewer was going for Samichlaus Classic and hit his mark. Well done sir!
