Bottle. Amazed it's not reviewed, which means it's at least 15 years since I've had this gem.

Nose is rich deep red wine which developed as it breathed in the glass, leather, grape, tannin herbal, lots of brett, almonds, faint cherry pie, very faint cheese. As I had more, the fruitiness of the wine and grape notes came through, but with a wonderfully dry puckering finish,

Taste is very funky, dusty, leading to brett, a subtle vinous red wine note, which builds and builds. The finish is tart, balsamic, a little green apple.

Bottle . Nose is huge brett, leather, wet wheat, vegetables, leaves, faint cheese, vinegar.

Taste is wheat, oak, hints cheese, brett, very tart, leathery oaky note. As it breaths the peach comes through more, as does the lemon, green apple and pastry notes.

Really good.
