Visited 12.09.25. To get here, first take Metro M3 to Újpest-Központ and then take the bus. Or take tram 12 from Újpest-Központ to Rákospalota, Kossuth utca and walk South-East along Juhos Utca for seven minutes.

Indoor and outdoor seating. Traditional wooden furniture with carvings. They had four of their own beers on tap. I had a solid unfiltered lager and an equally solid dark lager. They have menus both in Hungarian and English, but I am certain that I was the only tourist who had found my way out to them. Solid traditional food, although a wishes they had washed their frying pan in between frying cat fish and frying my pork tenderloin and ratatouille. Friendly service. A nice local ans traditional place. Very good prices, with HUF 900 for half a litre of lager.

From tap at Mister Sörház 12.09.25. Dark brown. Pale brown head and lacing. Fine aroma and taste of roasted malt, dates, currants, brittle and chocolate. Not too sweet. Good!

From tap at Mister Sörház 12.09.25. Slightly hazy pale yellow. Foamy and dense white head, which diminishment might be blamed on me eating fatty food. Solidly malty aroma taste, balanced with grassy hops. A very good lager indeed!

Visited 11.09.25. A traditional, small bar next to Rákóczi tér metro station on M4. Indoor seating and outdoor seating on the wide pavement. Seven beers from Bohemia Regent, Bernard and Primator on tap. They also had a fridge with 30–35 bottles, of which most, if not all, were Czech. Quiet on a late Thursday evening. The punters all seemed to be local. Friendly, English speaking service. A very nice to sit down for a quiet beer. They also do some kind of food.
