From tap at Stifler Beerhouse & Kitchen, Budapest, 26.04.26, while waiting for my crispy suckling pig. Clear golden. Foamy, dense and persistent white head and lacing. Fine aroma and taste of pilsner malt, American hops, citrus, pine and yeast. A good Zwickl with an American twist.

From tap at Beer People, Budapest, 26.04.26. Clear pale golden. White head and lacing. Excellent aroma and pure taste of American hops, pine, grapefruit and pale malt. Dry mouthfeel and lingering bitterness. A superb West Coast IPA and very true to style!

Visited 25.04.25. A venue linked to the MONYO brewery. Bus 40 will take you here from Budapest. However, as it is just inside the Buda suburban region, the Budapest travel cards are not valid on the last four bus stop. You can either buy a ticket from the bus driver for the last stretch, walk 25 minutes from the Felsőhatár utca bus stop or, hope for forgiveness from potential ticket inspectors.

A local place with indoor and outdoor seating, including a small playground for kids. The bartender was surprised to meet a non-local customer, but spoke fluent English.

Four taps, of which one was a lemonade. Eight cans of MONYO beers in the fridge, as well as soft and hard soda. Friendly service.

From can at KRAFT Kert - MONYO Playground at Budaörs west of metropolitan Budapest 25.04.26. Ebony. Brown head. Aroma and taste of roasted malt, roasted barley, tobacco, raisins, figs, pine and coffee. Complex and good!
