From tap at Tacet Brewery, Budapest, while the bartender is practicing on his French horn. This is apparently a musicians’ pub. Anyway. Translucent pale straw colour. Diminishing white head. Fine aroma and taste of grassy hops and pilsner malt. Lingering hop bitterness. Good and very drinkable!

From tap at Constellation , Budapest, 02.05.26. Translucent pale straw colour. White head is diminishing to nothing. Superbly complex aroma and taste of sour wild apples, apple peel and sawdust. Astringent aftertaste, with a touch of bitterness.

From tap at Constellation, Budapest, 02.05.26. Milky pale straw colour. White head and lacing. Fine aroma and taste of lychee, various citrus and succade. Lingering grapefruit bitterness. Good!

From bottle at Constellation, Budapest, 02.05.26. Cloudy dark straw colour. Head is diminishing to nothing. Strong aroma and acid taste of wild yeast. Only a small hint of black currants, and only in aroma. It is overpowered by the wild fermentation. Still good and complex. Astringent and acid mouthfeel.
