Bottle from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - frantic carbonation after a satisfying pop on open. Pale yellow in colour.
Nose - funky and farmyard. Brown apples and generally earthy. Then tart apple.
Taste - mineral, as per previous reviewer, tart apple, musty oak.
Palate - medium bodied, dry and slightly oxidised sherry thing. Very dry finish
Overall - not sure about this. Sorry!
