Appearance: Opaque deep brown to black with a proper head. Aroma and taste: roast, chocolate, coffee, esters, hop. Pretty dry. Light plus ending bitterness. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, appropriate carbonation. Summary: Fairly pleasant.

Bottle. Opaque deep brown to black ale. Modest beige head. Nose: roasted malts, coffee, cream. Light to medium body. Relatively dry taste. Roasted malts. Cream and vanilla. Lightly smoked. Light bitterness. Not bad.

Clear gold with a one finger tall white head. Pale malt, walnut, grassy hop. Light sweet, Light to medium bitter. Would be nice over there.
