Opaque deep brown with a perfect beige head. Toast & caramel, oak tannins, dried fruits, vanilla, toffee, floral & fruity hop. Medium dry. Light to medium lingering bitterness. Pretty good.

Cloudy gold with a decent frothy head. Orange, mandarin, tropical fruit, pine, woody notes. Medium dry. Medium plus bitterness. OK.

Opaque deep brown to black with a decent tan head. Roasted & toasted, chocolate & coffee, dried fruits, vinous notes, cinnamon & vanilla, tannins, some hop. Warming alcohol. Medium dry. light bitterness. Good.

Cloudy ochre yellow with a good frothy head. Pale malt, diacetyl, straw & hay, grass. light sweet & bitter. Enjoyable only when ice cold.

Cloudy deep amber with a huge ivory-coloured head of good retention. Light gushing. Toasted malt, caramel, black bread, floral hop, some citrus, dried apples & pears. Esters tending to light phenols as the beer gets warmer. OK (almost).

Opaque deep brown to black with a decent beige head. Dark malts, esters, molasses, dried fruits, black bread, distant chocolate, floral hop. Light plus sweet. Light hop bitterness. Not bad.
