August 2023 for lunch. It was quiet, some locals in. Old school tavern, vintage look. Only available the Svetly and Zazvor if'm not wrong, which were both nice enough.

This place is incredible, been there twice an definitely would go if i'm in the area. A bit under cover, not flashy to spot. Underground in a cavern hall, lots of taps, glass and pet bottles to take away at ridiculous price. Their house classics Josef 10 and Martin 12 are just incredible, so fresh, a bliss. All their beers in general are awesome. Quiet ambiance the times i went, wood oven pizzas seems tasty, local food also OK, kind service.

Tap at gabiola. Pale golden color ok white head. Flavor is papery, unclean malt profile rather floral ald grassy, moderate bitterness some sour balance, strong carbon dry bitter finish.

Tap at bar sarte. Classic look solid white head clear dark gold. Clean pilsener profile and grassy hops, dry finish nice and clean, straightforward.

Tap at bar sarte. Pale color smooth creamy white head fair retention. Flavor is mostly floral, herbs and pollen, mild bitter, ligth cutrusy, minimal maltiness, mineral. Light body floral finish soft carbonation. Sessionable.

Tap at zapap taproom. Clear orange splosnwhite head citrusy flavor on a solod malt base, clean, moderately bitter.

Tap at zapap taproom. Copper color short offwhite head. Flavor has some toasted grains and bread crust, yeast, dough, moderate grassy notes. Cereals on the finish, fairly clean, dry. Ok.

Tap in Vicenza. Hazy pale color smooth white head, a bit pungent on the nose. Flavor is citrusy, soda, sour lemon, vague grass and wheat. Not much going on, Ok-ish but i think the tap was not clean there were off flavors probably because of that.

33cl bottle at bar sarte.
Deep gold beer, intense colur, big white head. Nose lagery and wort, somewhat fruity.
Aroma has good amount of pilsner malts, some spoce and juicy, and a decent hops balance.
Taste initially sweetish, then an intense hoppy bitterness.
On palate is quite thick, oily texture, moderate carbonation, medium to full body, a bit sticky. Dark gold beer, intense colour, small white head. Nose of saaz.
Aroma has good amount of pilsner malts, quite spicy and peppery, and a decent hops folding. Becomes "woody" and "rresiny" as it warms up. Alcohol is noticeable.
Taste initially sweetish, then an intense hoppy bitterness.
On palate is quite thick, oily texture, moderate carbonation, medium to full body, sticky lips.
Label says it’s bottled after 200 days of maturation, seems "aged" indeed. Strong pilsener, lacking of exceptional features as well as flaws.
