Bottle 0.75l, four years aged. Almost clear, deep gold colored. AROMA- nice wild character, flowery, apricot, quince, dark grapes. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly sour, slightly bitter, the same as aroma, tart berries. Light to medium bodied.

Bottle 0.375l, three years aged. Black, opaque. AROMA- strongly vinous, alcohol more than bourbon, sweet vanilla, coffee. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, moderately bitter, strong and hot alcohol, lightly coffee, touch of vanilla. Just fuller bodied on top, oily at the bottom.

Bottle 0.75l from our archive, almost three years aged. Seems clear, copper to black colored. AROMA- strongly bourbon, raisins, dark grapes, elderberries, oak barrel. FLAVOR- medium sweetness, lightly bitter,very warming, the same as aroma, strawberry, touch of roasted coconut. Medium to fuller bodied.

AROMA- apple, quince, citrusy, tropical fruit, white grapes, white wine, flowery, spicy and herbal hops, wild character. FLAVOR- neutral, pleasantly sour and tart, lightly bitter, flowery, red currant, sloes, apricot, quince, lemon, white wine, bitter herbs, oak, funky. Fuller bodied.

Can 0.33l from our archive, three and half years aged. 38°C, ideal time for some winter warmer. But it's name is so cool...
Hazy, copper colored. AROMA- caramel, honey, strawberry, forest berries, cherry, plum, dark grapes, touch of alcohol, yes, I think I have slight touch of Ancho chilli. FLAVOR- very sweet, very bitter, full of fruit again, honey, earthy, licorice, pleasant alcohol. Full, syrupy body.
