Can 0.44l, many thanks René! Three years aged. Black, opaque. AROMA- strongly cocoa nibs, liquor, vanilla, rum, coffee. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, bitter, quite warming, cocoa nibs, vanilla, coffee, alcohol. Fuller to full bodied.

Bottle 0.375l, bottled 18.4.2019. Cloudy, dark red colored. AROMA- balsamico, funky, cherry, wooden barrel. FLAVOR- very clean, dry, quite sour and tart, cherry, a bit funky. Medium bodied.

Can 0.5, more than one year aged. Cloudy, orange with red tint. AROMA- citrusy, peach from powder, kettle sour character. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly sour, citrusy, hibiscus, peach, kettle sour. Medium bodied.

Can 0.5l, four years aged. Lightly cloudy, dark amber to copper colored. AROMA- caramel, cranberry, raisins, dried figs, sherry. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, moderately bitter, warming, raisins, figs, dates, caramel, strawberries, mix of forest berries, a bit earthy. Full bodied.
