Rotin Profile - Brewver

The fourth one of thirteen beers for our thirteenth wedding anniversary. Išmar's. Can 0.5l, probably five years aged. Almost clear, black colored. AROMA- strongly cocoa nibs, some artificial aroma, cookies, liquor, vanilla. FLAVOR- very sweet, quite bitter, lactose, vanilla, cocoa nibs, some alcohol, cookies, nuts. Full bodied.
Another very sweet pastry imperial stout. Not the best, not the worst.

The third one of thirteen beers for our thirteenth wedding anniversary. Norinfé's. Can 0.33l, four years aged. Lightly cloudy, dark red to brown/black colored. AROMA- coffee, roasted malts, maple syrup, liquor. FLAVOR- sweet, quite bitter, strongly coffee, roasted, maple, chocolate. Full bodied.
Very sweet, still tasty.

The first of thirteen beers for our thirteenth wedding anniversary. Šajla's.
0.33l bottle, five years aged. Cloudy, copper colored. AROMA- sweet liqueur, my father's homemade sour cherry liqueur, honey, berries, cherry, spicy, pleasant alcohol, grape juice, dried grapes. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, lightly sour, slightly bitter, sweet dried grapes, honey, cherry liqueur, touch of elderberries, a bit spicy, touch of wooden barrel, pleasant alcohol. Full, syrupy body.

Can 0.33l from the brewery. Almost black. AROMA- roasted, earthy, touch of coffee, chocolate bonbon with dark caramel filling. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, roasted, chocolate cake, coffee, oats, earthy. Medium bodied.

Bottle 0.375l. Cloudy, amber colored. AROMA-strongly berries, plum, blueberry, touch of alcohol, BA character. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, quite sour/tart, red berries, wine, red currant, plum, sour tones, touch of alcohol. Full bodied.

Bottle 0.375l from the brewery. Cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- strong and nice BA character, red wine, apricot, sour. FLAVOR- neutral, pleasantly sour, slightly bitter, grapes, wine, wood, apricot, touch of melon. Medium bodied.
