nimbleprop Profile - Brewver (Dev)

Pint at the brewery pours a dark brown with some rocky white head. Nose has malt and toast, C hops, piney too. Flavors of burnt toast and cracker, pine and C hops, grass. Dry and roasty and bitter... if not a pinch out of balance.

Didn't think much of this. Pours red, murky, white head. Overly estery nose, on the verge of infected, certainly under attenuated. Red fruits, some cough drop. Flavors basically follow. Sweet in the mouth, estery. Messy.

Dimpled mug, light chill haze over a corn gold body, sticky white head. Nose has cracker and grist, dried straw, some dried grass. Flavor is simple but effective, grist and dough. Dry. Noble hop arrives at the end. Some tannins. 7 6 6 6 6

Top tier pulp. 16oz can from the brewery. Thick yellow, clumpy white head. Plenty of pineapple on the nose, some stone fruits, citrus curd, wheat and straw, some wet grass and lime. It's all working here. Flavor drops the pineapple and comes with the citrus, grapefruit, lime, lychee. Soft wheat. Grass. Some hop burn over a medium full bodied. Real good. Cheese curds. Height of the style.

16oz can of lemon curd looking pulp. Some white head. Nose is good... if not great. CItrus, perfume, herbs, booze and bubblegum, some stone fruits. Maybe some age on this can? Tough to tell, stone fruits and green grapes, herbs, wheat, straw. A little hop burn on the tip of my tongue. Maybe that was booze. Either way, full bodied. Off dry.
