A pleasant aroma with passion fruit in the foreground, followed by a blend of exotic fruits, citrus zest, a touch of pine, and distant forest fruits. The taste is rather dry, with lemon and lemon zest, exotic fruit in the background, the pine a bit shy, and also trying to build a light bitterness. The overall flavour is decent, hoppy, but for a birthday beer, I feel unsatisfied.

The flavour is medium-intense, with notes of honey, bread crust, wheat, dried fruit, citrus, orange, a light spice, and coriander. The bitterness is weak, slightly herbal, with a spicy warming. Easy to drink and refreshing.

Crystal clear, straw-coloured, with an average, thick, white head. A faint malty aroma with a slight lemon note. A slightly malty taste with a slight residual sweetness and minimal lemon. A light, smooth body with medium carbonation. Simple and monotonous, yet drinkable. Better than I expected.

A lightly smoky, hoppy start. Light sweetness, the smokiness remains consistent, not overly bitter, and lively. The hops are less pronounced than expected, slightly bitter, soft, and crisp. Fruity and hoppy towards the end, with a medium-long, pleasant finish.
