Schönes dunkles Kupfer im Glas, Schaum passt. In der Nase malzig, Karamell. Im Trunk setzt sich das fort, Karamellmalz. Süffig süß. Könnte kräftiger sein. Im Abgang röstig.

Optisch sattes Gold im Glas, wunderschöne Perlung, toller Schaum. In der Nase hopfig, crisp. Im Trunk frisch, hopfig, fruchtig, crispy, einwandfrei. Süffig.

Schöner kann ein Bier kaum ausschauen, dunkles Braun, fluffiger Sahneschaum wie auf einem Zwetschgen-Kuchen. In der Nase Apfel, okay. Auch im Trunk etwas, dann Malz, Karamell, bitter, seltsam.

In der Nase schon sehr deutlich würziger Chai, im Trunk ebenso, dazu eine sehr kräftige Malznote. Kaum zu glauben, dass das funktioniert, aber das läuft gut. Spät bitter. Passt.
