batch4 2009 vintage. small bottle shared with faroeviking. beware! the 2009 version is eager to leave the bottle, open in a sink and have glasses ready. pours deep red with a small pink head. looks fantastic but i always subtract points if the beer explodes out of the bottle. aroma is sour, berries, very sour slight leather. aroma is very good, balanced between extremely sour and berries. flavor is sour, very well blended, some blueberries, very refreshing. a great cantillon, very drinkable.

hazy orange, white fluffy head
hoppy and fruity aroma, more dark dried fruits than exotic or citrus fruits. quite weird.
flavor is dried dark fruits, malts, red fruits, solid bitter hoppy balance and ending.

Premium cider mixed fruit tropical 4.0%
sour apple and sweet overripe mixed fruit or tropical fruit aroma.
flavor is apple, pear, ripe pear, fainter citrus fruits, mostly pear, and a fairly clean pear juice flavor, could be more tart and sour, but what there is, tastes pretty good. maybe pear is a tropical fruit in norway.

5.5% version, 33cl bottle.
hissing when I opened but did not really foam over.quite strong herbal and hoppy aroma. mountain herbs.malts. earthy
flavor is mineral watery, clear bitter aromatic hoppy note, clear crisp malty note, faint herbal note, again montain herbs. well hopped ale, reminds me of early spanish attempts at microbrew when the beers were wild and weird.

amber, brown, light brown to amber head.
citrussy aroma like if it was infected. sour malts. bottle 09/09/2026 , tasted 28/12/2025 kept cold since i returned from malaga dec. 11.
flavor is more sort of fruity than decidedly sour. tastes like a fruit infused ale, quite hard/crisp water treatment, the fruitiness might resemble a belgian quad, but there is no yeasty notes whatsoever, so that's unusual. After being confused by the aroma and the flavor, i have settled to a place where i find the flavor okay to good, but highly unusual.

pours clear brown, settles very dark brown with a fine light brown head.
aroma of licorice and roasted malts and a whiff of smoked malts. aroma is surprisingly clean and straight. very stoutish.
flavor is roasted malts, a little bit of charred wood and smoked malts, natural licorice or english licorice.
the licorice and the smoked malts add a lot of flavor and character to the fairly low abv porter or stout like beer. while the two are very invloved in the overall flavor, it comes off as clean and balanced nevertheless. quite impressive for a discount supermarket beer.
