Bottle from meny toftegårds plads.
pours black with a dark brown small head.
very wood forward bourbon or port like aroma, tons of roasted malts, well rounded, all natural, heavy, complex notes from wood and malts.
flavor is roasted malts, wood, booze, port very faint wine tartness, licorice, dark chocolate, coconut - all flavors naturally from wood and malts. raisins. there is this faint dark dried fruity quad like note but almost everything is roasted malts in a barrel, and the quad stuff just piles up the complexity.
This is a steal for a supermarket beer at any price.

clear pale yellow with a greenish hue, smooth large creamy beige head, looking really good.
aroma is flowery almost perfumey with not much bitterness. sweet mild malts. aroma reminds me of a well done non alc ipa.
flavor has some aromatic hop bitterness and an aromatic bitter hoppy ending. in fact it is a very well take on a tempered west coasty ipa where they decided not to go all-out crazy hoppy. crazy easy drinking. powdered sugary notes in the malts. crisp mouthfeel, serve this at your next summer garden party and everyone will be dangling around crazy intoxinated cause the beer tastes really good and does not at all feel like 7.5% alc. it's a session ipa with built in headache the day after.
Me again. This is worryingly drinkable. beware...

clear to slightly cloudy yellow, white smooth head with a little beige note. looks very good.
aroma is heavy on the vanilla, white cake cream, faint custard, faint rhubarb. quite artificial non-beery aroma but also quite nice/fine.
flavor is bittersweet and herbal, vanilla, rhubarb, vegetable like bitterness, cake cream. not refreshing and the bitterness is off/herbal not aromtic hoppy. aftertaste has notes of boiled cabbage. imagine pastry with broccoli.

pours clear dark brown, settles black with a dark brown head.
aroma is chocolate, dark chocolate, faint roasted malts. roasted malts and tons of chocolate. quite intense for the abv.
Flavor has a good balance between dark chocolate and roasted malts and there is even a bit of bitterness in there, which is very aromatic and reminds me of roasted malts bitterness or chili bitterness. Not an extreme imperial pastry stout, but rather a session chocolate stout that does not come off as watery or thin. They managed the ABV reduction well.

hazy pale yellow, white head.
mild hoppy bitter and flowery aroma. intensity wise like the mild british ipa's not a hop bomb from the states for sure. farily balanced and quite nice aroma. think of it as a session-west coast perhaps.
flavor is heavy on the bitter hops, aromatic bitter hops, rounded malts not super crisp, end is somewhat bitter hoppy - more flavor than aroma, a pretty solid west coast ipa where the intensity is a bit subdued as is the ABV at only 5.5%. there is some serious hop bitterness going on here.

hazy golden with a creamy yellow head.
aroma is hops, tangerines, citrussy notes, bittersweet exotic fruits, quite a lot of malts and malt bitterness.
flavor is very hoppy with pine, grapefruit, alc. bitterness, a bit old hoppy flavors to the bitterness, so not super crisp and fresh. bitter oranges note. quite the brutal imperial ipa, a bit like a strong imperial ipa mixed with a bit of orange juice.
