0.75l bottle many thanks to Lore. Hazy orange body with a white head. Aroma and taste of plums, cinnamon, lemon juice, candi sugar and a tiny bit of vinegar and wood. Plums have the lead, the classic saison notes are a bit in the background. Nice one.

0.75l bottle many thanks to Lore. Hazy orange body with a white head. Vinous notes in the aroma with a touch of vinegar, some wood, grape must and some cellar notes. Taste of lemon juice, vinegar, apples, some berries and a cellar notes again. Sour, but still smooth. Very nice.

0.33l bottle. Clear amber body with a thin pearl head. Very sweet aroma of molasses, dates, figs and candi sugar. It also shows some notes from the barrel aging like peat, oak and vanilla. The taste has some orange zest, dates and figs to it like most quadrupels, but these notes are overtaken by the molasses, peat, oak and some floral hops. Sweet in the mouth, but the aftertaste is more about the oak with some maple syrup. Not quite there as the oak aged Trappists, but really good.

0.33l can. Funny that the beer says lager and top fermented at the same time. Clear golden body with a white head. Aroma and taste of bread crust, grainy malts, sugar syrup, hay and a bit of floral hops. Simple lager, but OK.

0.5l can. Golden body with a thin and loose white head. Aroma and taste of tangerine, pears, sugar syrup, bubble gum and a bit of grassy hops. I think it lacks character. It's not that fruity like today's NEIPAs, it's not that bitter as old school West Coast IPAs. Kind of in between a Czech svetly and a British bitter. It won't be my favourite.

0.355l can. Golden body with a thin white head. Aroma and taste of mango, apricot, goose berries, sugar syrup and oats. Sweet, fruity IPA with minimal booze. Nice one.
