I bought this thinking the chances of me finishing the entire can were negligible. Dark brown, medium head. Low bitterness, some toasty chocolate stuff. Some vanilla, but yeah, it's a basic medium stout on the sweet stout. Nothing too crazy.

Dark brown. Thin head. Has some toasty notes, medium body, touch of alcohol, with a crackery note. It's decent, but could do with more body and more complexity. Not bad - the roasty character comes through well and is the focal point of the beer.

Dark brown. Thin head. Big ancho aroma, really nice bourbon note with just a light tequila on the nose. Solid, fairly chocolatey base. the ancho comes through, I assume there's cinnamon in here. Good balance, the tequila only contributes a bit to the finish. Really good.

Opaque and pale. The floral, estery note combines well with the 586 and a touch of brett. On the palate, really nice bright pineapple and mango character. Touch of brett, this has a nice floral character.

Hazy purple. Fresh berry character, lots of acidity. The berry character is fairly strong, and the apple note is cidery and is messy, incongruous, in terms of the clash between berry and apple here.

Dark brown. The aroma has a great barrel character right off the top, with a dark malt base. On the body, quite sweet, with a bit of rye, soft fruitiness, some alcohol. The malt is beautiful, soft, rich, light fruitiness. This has a lot of rye, vanilla, and again, that soft, low carbonation fruit. Everything here has come together wonderfully. Just an excellent beer.

Slight haze. Thin head. A little caramel on the nose, sort of crackery, a touch yeasty. Light body, got a bit of that caramel. The crackery element is not as pronounced as on the nose. Decent, could use a bit more body but there's good complexity.

Dark brown. No head. Quite thick. Fairly rich on the nose, good umami, soy sauce, lots of bourbon. On the palate, the body is big. The barrels lend umami, lots of nice sugars, good dark malt complexity. Balanced - good sweetness and a touch of bitterness.
