Bag,in a box at K&ES 2026. Pale yellow colour lasting bubbles. Proper perry aroma. Some sweetness in the mouth then a hit of sourness. Good tannins attack the gums. Really wakes the mouth up. Like doing gymnastics in your mouth. Good acidity. Good character and flavour. Good spur edge.

Tropical fruit flavour. But not on new England. Some good tropical fruit light bitterness. Its ok. Decent enough. Good fruit flavours. Some passionfriit some mango.

Cask gravity at K&ES 2026. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Earthy aroma. Earthy flavour. I mean its not a very good helles. Yes light in malt and hops. Bit its too earthy. Pretty empty. Not great.
