Aroma is malt forward with tons of dark toasted breads, toffee, burnt sugar and dark caramel. Light roast and chocolate notes. Light oak notes with some bourbon notes. Medium light alcohol notes.
Pours black with medium sized, thick, pillowy, mocha head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers.
Flavor is rather sweet with lots of chocolate, toffee, dark caramel and toasted bread notes. Moderate bitterness and medium light alcohol notes. A bit of dark fruit. A bit of burnt sugar. Light bourbon and oak notes.
Mouthfeel is full bodied and a bit creamy and sticky with medium low carbonation. Low astringency and medium low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a really impressive bock that would pass for a BA imperial stout. Tons of complex malt character with layers of toasted bread, caramel, toffee, chocolate and roast. Alcohol is well hidden. Barrel character is lighter than I was expecting. Really nice mouthfeel.

Poured from a 500 ml bottle.
Aroma is dark chocolate, dark caramel, roast, treacle and toffee with lighter molasses and burnt sugar. Hints of soy sauce and dark fruits. Light bourbon, cognac and faint oak notes. Medium alcohol notes.
Pours jet back with a small, thick, mocha head that recedes quickly to the edges and disappears. No lacing and sheets for legs.
Flavor is fairly sweet with lots of chocolate, treacle, roast, dark caramel and dark toffee. Moderately high bitterness and moderate alcohol notes. Light bourbon and cognac notes with a bit of oak.
Mouthfeel is full bodied and a bit silky with medium low carbonation. Low astringency and moderate alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid BA imperial stout. Nice bourbon and cognac notes, albeit light. Good malt profile and a bit of bitterness to balance out the malt sweetness. Good, but there are definitely better stouts out there for the price.

Aroma is malt forward with nice bready grain and cracker notes with hints of toasted bread. Light smokiness. Hints of fruity esters. Light floral, herba, spicy hop notes.
Pours a clear, yellow-gold color with a large, thick, fluffy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Moderately high lacing and faint legs.
Flavor is somewhat sweet with moderate cracker malt and bready grain notes with hints of toasted bread. Light smokiness. Medium low bitterness and light alcohol notes. Light fruity esters and light spicy, floral hop notes.
Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid smoked helles. The smoke notes are light and well restrained adding just a bit of complexity and fruitiness. Nice malt notes with balanced bitterness and alcohol character. Secondary hop notes are nice as well..

Aroma is balanced with light floral eaters, light bready, cracker malt notes, and light cinnamon. Light alcohol notes. Hints of woody, floral hops. A bit of wheat.
Pours a clear, yellow-gold with a medium large, thick, fluffy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers.
Flavor is a bit sweet with light bready, cracker malt notes. A bit of wheat. Medium light bitterness and light alcohol notes. Hints of herbal, woody, floral hops. Light cinnamon notes. Some light floral esters.
Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a decent lager. The cinnamon is well restrained just offering hints of its presence in the aroma and flavor. Nice malt notes with good wheat character.

Aroma is malty with toasted breads, caramel, crackers and biscuit. A touch of cherry and raisin. Light woody, herbal hop notes with a touch of spice. Hints of alcohol.
Pours a fairly clear amber, auburn brown color with some copper notes and a medium sized, thick, fluffy, light tan head that recedes quickly to the edges where it lingers. Light lacing and small legs.
Flavor is a bit sweet with fairly strong malt notes of crackers, toasted breads caramel and biscuits. Hints of raisin and cherry. Medium bitterness and light alcohol notes. Light woody, herbal hop notes.
Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid English Pale Ale. Not a style I reach for, but the malt complexity is a nice break from the world of hop heavy IPAs. A pretty sessionable beer.

Aroma is hop forward with dank, oily, resin notes balanced passion fruit, berry, and tropical citrus. Light cracker malt and alcohol notes.
Pours a clear, golden color with a medium large, medium thick, frothy, white head that recedes steadily to the edges where it lingers. Light lacing and small legs.
Flavor is slightly sweet with a moderate cracker malt note. Fairly strong bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately strong oily pine resin and grapefruit pith hop notes with light berry, passion fruit and tropical citrus notes.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid West Coast IPA. A mush fruitier hop aroma while the hoo flavor has an assertive bitterness and more traditional West Coast hop notes of pine and grapefruit. Nice malt notes balance the bitterness and the alcohol is well hidden.

Aroma is hop forward with lots of citrus and dank, oily, pine resin. Lighter notes of passion fruit, grapefruit and tropical citrus. Light cracker malt notes and light alcohol notes.
Pours a slightly hazy, pale, yellow gold with a large, thick, frothy white head that recedes steadily to the edges where it lingers in clumps.
Flavor is somewhat sweet with a light cracker malt notes. Medium high bitterness and light alcohol notes. Fairly strong citrus hop notes with tangerine, mandarin, grapefruit and tropical citrus. Hints of passion fruit, and stone fruit. Lighter dank, oily, pine resin notes.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid West Coast IPA although one that's not particularly "West Coast". Balanced hops and malt profile with well hidden alcohol notes.
