Pours a hazy, dull, dusty, yellow, straw color with a medium large, thick, pillowy white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers in clumps on the edges. Fairly high lacing and medium small legs.
Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes. Moderate bitterness and light alcohol notes. Medium notes of dank, oily resin that linger in the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium full bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a pretty solid hazy IPA. Lots of citrus and fruity hop notes balanced by a strong oily, resinous dank note. Alcohol is well hidden and bitterness is moderated but lingers.

Aroma is malt forward with light notes of caramel and toasted grains. Faint floral, herbal hops with hints of alcohol. Clean fermentation, but the caramel note smells a bit artificial.
Pours a clear, dark amber / auburn color with a large, thick, slightly tan head that recedes quickly to the edges where it lingers. Light lacing and faint legs.
Flavor is slightly sweet with medium light bready grain notes. Hints of caramel and toasted bread. Medium bitterness and faint alcohol notes. Light herbal, woody hop notes.
Mouthfeel is medium light bodied and crisp with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, an alright lager but without anything worth highlighting. The caramel notes taste a bit artificial, but the toasted bread notes are nice. I'm not sure about the hop profile and wish it were less present in the flavor.

Overall, a solid stone fruit satisfying, but I think Wisdom Is Learned is a better saison. Nice stone fruit notes, but it's a bit too acidic.

Mouthfeel is medium light bodied and crisp with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid pale ale. Fairly fruity hop notes in the aroma and upfront in the flavor. Assertive, lingering bitterness in the finish with classic Simcoe hop character. Crisp, dry mouthfeel makes this pretty crushable. Alcohol is well hidden.
