330ml bottle. Quasi black colour with small to average, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, beige head. Sweet-ish, chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of milk chocolate, dark chocolate, nougat creme, "Nutella", whiffs of treacle. Taste is mildly bitter, roasty, dark malty, minimally ashy, minimally fruity hoppy, low residual sweetness, notes of dry cocoa, a touch of blueberry.
Watery texture, smooth, soft, slightly cloying palate, medium, soft carbonation.
Quite light Impy Stout, too sweet and clean to deserve its name - so-so.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, redd-ish, dark amber colour with average, dense, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, off-white head. Minimally spicy, malty and slightly yeasty fruity aroma, notes of dried fruit, raisin, sultana, date, whiffs of rock sugar, clove. Taste is minimally sugary, caramel malty with low residual sweetness, slightly yeasty fruity, minimally yeasty spicy and minimally leafy hoppy, hints of dried fruit, raisin, date, clove, a touch o frye spiciness, minimally soapy overtones.
Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
Relatively clean and monotonous, not much depth - meh!

500ml bottle. Opalescent, redd-ish, dark amber colour with average to huge, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, sulphureous head. Sweet-ish, caramel malty and minimally yeasty fruity aroma, notes of malt lozenge, a touch of dried fruit, honey overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally nutty, caramel malty and mildly bitter hoppy, minimalyl yeasty fruity, hints of malt lozenge, a touch of toffee, dried fruit.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
Well crafted, well balanced, relatively "dunkler" Heller Bock - very nice.

375ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, orange golden colour with small, creamy, fading, white head; some chunks settle after a while. Intensely woody, slightly tangy, bretty, yeasty funky and vinous fruity aroma, notes of oak, white wine, white grapes, hints of white balsamico, tropical fruit, a touch of overripe pineapple, whiffs of passion fruit. Taste is sweet-and-sour, vinous fruity, woody, slightly tangy and bretty, yeasty funky, notes of oak, white grapes, white wine, white balsamico, blue grapes, a touch of pineapple, passion fruit, sherry; minimally pungent finish.
Watery texture, slightly astringent and minimally dry palate, fine, soft, carbonation.
Well balanced albeit a tad disharmonious, pleasing residual sweetness, mild brett but a bit too oaky; somewhat uninviting appearance - good, not outstanding.

Sweet-ish, minimally grainy and bready, wheaty malty aroma, hints of biscuits, a touch of white bread. Taste is wheaty malty with subtle residual sweetness and mildly bitter hoppy, a touch of white bread, minimally doughy and soapy overtones.
Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Very clean, nice subtle sweetness, good mouthfeel, not as raw and grainy as many other Kristallweizen(s) - pretty decent.

330ml bottle. Hazy, dark purple colour with small, thick, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Mildly bretty funky and vinous, fruity aroma, earthy and slightly spicy notes of blue grapes, morello, a cautious touch of cinnamon and nutmeg, black pepper, some sauerkraut. Taste is dry, tart, mildly bretty, funky, slightly tangy, earthy fruity, notes of blue grapes, some morello, very subtle residual sweetness with a touch of plum, herbal-leafy overtones, a cautious touch of sauerkraut and pickles, some woody dryness. Watery texture, dry, minimally astringent palate. Quite complex, very balanced, harmonious and integrated, not in any single point overdone or one-sided, neither too sour nor too bretty or dominated by a single fruit.

500ml bottle. Jet black colour with slightly late awakening, average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, beige to tan head. Roasty, chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of dark chocolate, a touch of liquorice, fruity hints of cherry and plum, blackberry, raspberry, smoky overtones with a chipotle touch. Taste is sweet-ish caramel malty, roasty and chocolately dark malty, slightly fruity and peppery spicy, minimally smoky, notes of caramel, dark chocolate, hints of plum, cherry and blackberry, some raspberry as well, chipotle; accumulating chili spiciness. full body, viscous texture, smooth and soft palate. I love this brewery (seperate from its lovely implemented Greek antiquity concept) - well, they offer some mediocre brews - but some of the more ambitious beers are not less than world class... and this one comes close as well.

Minimally bready and grainy, pale malty and slightly yeasty fruity aroma, hints of apricot. Taste is sweet-ish, pale malyt and slightly yeasty fruity, minimally bitter hoppy, hints of apricot.
Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth, super soft and silky palate, medium to fine, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Good "secondary" qualities (appearance + texture), well balanced, smooth, nice fruity aspects - not bad.

Sweet-ish, minimally strawy, grainy, pale malty, minimally doughy yeasty aroma, whiffs of banana, phenolic overtones. Taste is slightly grainy, pale malty, mildly bitter hoppy and minimally doughy yeasty, a touch of banana bread.
Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, slightly scattered, soft carbonation.
Rather simple and monotonous, un-fresh - so-so.
