the first of five samples of this brewery i purchased at the Craft Event festival in May of this year...
the aroma: malty, floral, hints of grain, straw, flowers, white bread, herbs...
the taste: malty, herbal, notes of grain, hay, grass hop, white bread, honey...
the aftertaste: dry, bitter...
not bad for a small regional brewery...
