Pint can. Pours a dark copper color with a big foamy off-white head that has decent retention and ample lacing. The aroma is strong with pine, citrus and cotton candy. The taste is dominated by bitter pine, also some orange pith and a bit of candied ginger. The palate is full and sticky with medium carbonation. Finishes long and very bitter. Overall: not bad--but it seems to me they made this bitter just for bitters sake.

200ml bottle. Pours a sorta pinkish-brown color. The aroma is mild with berries, wood and some dust. The flavor is a big blast of berries (gooseberries I presume). There is a strong tartness to this that fills the mouth. The palate is full and viscous. Finishes long and glorious. Overall: Just fantastic, words fail me. Paired well with an estate gouda.

Pint can. Pours a clear 18k gold color with a small fizzy white head that soon recedes. The aroma is strong and citrusy--mostly oranges and grapefruit. The taste is dominated by the oranges with grapefruit, pine and something earthy. The palate is oily and full with soft carbonation. Finishes medium in duration. with lingering bitter pine. Overall: Decent

375ml bottle. Pours a deep dark purple color. The aroma is strong with black currants and fresh cut woodsy oak. The taste, as in the nose, the first thing you notice is the taste of new oak. This is followed by sensations of black currant and honey. Acidity is somewhat high making this a masterpiece of sweet and sour. The finish is long and magnificent. Overall: Top shelf creation. The prominence of the new oak barrel in both the aroma and taste is a rather new twist on the venerable fruit mead. Paired well with some Lancashire fluffy monster cheese.

12 oz can. Golden pour wit a small while head that slowly fades away. The aroma is very mild and with saz hops and some sweetened grains. The taste likewise is mild hops, sweet grass, and some indistinct grains. The palate is medium but the carbonation is weak, so weak its almost flat. Finishes short and forgettable. Overall: meh. Why bother canning this stuff?

375 ml bottle. Pours a deep dark purple color. The aroma is quite strong with mixed berries. The taste also features mixed Berries rather prominently (loganberries and tayberries I guess--I'm not very familiar with either of them). The taste is rather tart at the onset but that gives way to a honey sweetness. The palate is full as always. Finishes incredibly long and sticky with blackberries lingering. Overall: Awesome mead. paired well with some Lancashire cheese
