Pint can. pours a hazy/cloudy pale yellow color with a smallish white head that soon fades away. The aroma is quite strong with pineapple, grapefruit and mango. The taste doesn't quite live up to the aroma with simple grapefruit. Bitterness is medium. The palate is full and the carbonation soft. Finishes medium in duration with lingering bitter grapefruit. Overall: Ok brew--This might be a nice summer quaff, but they are releasing it as a winter seasonal.

375 bottle. Pours a deep purple color. Aroma of elderberries and honey. The taste is much the same as the nose--lots of berries and honey. Very Jammy. There is a bit of tartness that nicely off-sets the honey sweetness. The palate is full and viscous. Finishes long with lingering honey. Overall: Good stuff.

Pint Can. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a big sudsy white head that has fair retention. The aroma is medium in strength with mango, pineapple and papaya. The taste is dominated by the pineapple with a bit of sweetened grapefruit on the back end. The palate is on the lighter side, but it works well here. Finishes long with lingering pineapple. Overall: Decent.

12 oz can. Black/dark brown pour with a small brown head that has fair retention. The aroma is strong with chocolates, burnt grains, and iced coffee. The taste is mostly burnt and well roasted grains, just a bit of coffee on the back end. Bitterness is moderate. Palate is a bit less full bodied than i would prefer. Finished short. Overall: Love the burnt grain flavor.

From bottle. Pours a lovely dark ruby red color. The aroma is big and bold with red raspberries, and that's it--just raspberries. The taste, as in the aroma, is a big blast of raspberries, the honey also present as well. There is some mild tartness and acidity from the raspberry, but I would have liked more. Palate was a bit sticky with honey. Finished medium in duration with lingering honey. Overall: loved it

750 bottle. pours a medium brown color with a smallish beige head that soon recedes to a fine ring. The aroma is strong and is dominated by the raspberries, there is also some oak in the aroma. The taste is tart/sour mixed berries in a mild ale base. The palate is full and the carbonation soft. Finishes long with lingering sour berries. Overall: Decent sour ale,

Pint can. Pours a hazy yellow with a big foamy white head that had good retention. The aroma was faded and washed out straw. The taste on the other hand was breads, mild grains and noble hops. Big bready finish. Palate was crisp but seemed just a bit too thin. Overall: Decent, would drink this every day, but $20 a four pack is just a bit too steep for an everyday drinking Pils.
