pint can. Almost clear yellow gold color with a big sudsy white head that has good retention and lacing. The aroma is strong with pine, papaya and lemons. The taste features bitter pine, grapefruit, papaya and some lemon. The palate is full and the carbonation is soft. Finishes long and bitter with lingering pine. overall: Decent west coast IPA (for those(like me) that like this sort of thing.) paired well with some red wax gouda.

12 oz can. Pours a crystal clear yellow gold with a small white head. The aroma is rather mild with cereal grains. The taste is more of the same, cereal grains, floral, and some mild noble hops. The palate is full and the carbonation is lively. Finished short and dry with some lingering biscuit. Overall: OK brew--I'd drink this at a festival and be happy.

12 oz can. Clear yellow gold pour with a small white head that soon recedes to a fine ring around the glass. The aroma is mild with grass and some cereal grains. The taste was also mild grasses and some sweetened grains. The palate was thin bordering on watery. Finished short and forgettable. Overall: Feel kind of let down by this one form an otherwise fine brewer.

Pint can. Pours a dark brown color with a large beige head that slowly fades away. The aroma is roasted malts and something perfumy. The taste, like the aroma, also feature roasted malts in the forefront with a bit of something floral following. Bitterness is very minimal. The palate seemed thin. Finished short and dry with a bit of lingering sweetness. Overall: Interesting take on Schwarzbier, not great but not bad either.

12 oz can. pours a hazy yellow with a big foamy white head that has fair retention. The aroma is rather faint and indistinct with a trace of grapefruit. The taste was equally mild with a trace of grapefruit and perhaps a squeeze of lemon. The palate was thin and the carbonation soft. Finished short and forgettable. Overall: Nothing to get excited about here.
