Pint Can. Pours a clear copper color with a huge sudsy white head that has fair retention and ample lacing. The aroma is mild with grains, spicy herbs and rye. The taste is very bready with malts and some bitter herbs. The palate is medium in viscosity and the carbonation is lively. Finishes short and dry with lingering bitter herbs. Overall: interesting concoction.

Pint Can. Clear gold pour with a medium sized foamy white head that has fair retention and some lacing. The aroma s mild grapefruit and tangerines. The taste is more of the same--grapefruit and tangerines--has a nice dank bitterness as well. The palate is full and the carbonation is soft. Finishes long with lingering bitter grapefruit. Overall: Solid IPA.

Pint Can. Pours a cloudy dark yellow color with a medium sized white head that has good retention. The aroma has pineapple, lemons and grapefruit, but is not terribly strong. The flavor is rather mild with weak citrus. The palate was full and the carbonation lively. Finished somewhat short and left me wanting more. Overall: A meh from me,

Pint can. pours a clear gold with a smallish white head that soon fades into a fine scum. The aroma is mildly spicy with hops, corn and straw. The taste, like the aroma, is corn, hay, and mild noble hops. The palate seemed a bit thin and the carbonation was lively. Finished very short and dry. Overall: I really did not expect much, and so I was not disappointed.

Pint can. Pours an opaque black with a small off-white head. The aroma is burnt malts and some coffee. The taste, like the aroma, is burnt grains and coffee. The palate seemed a bit thin for a porter. Finishes medium in duration, bitter and dry. Overall: Nice, but not very complex. Would possibly pair well with some burnt toast.

Pint can. Pours an 18k gold color with a medium sized white head that soon fades to a fine scum. The aroma is very mild with floral and malts. The taste is malts forward with a full-on bready character. In addition to the bready character I get some mild spicy noble hops, a touch of caramel and some grass. The palate is malts forward and the carbonation is soft. Finishes with a big bready aftertaste. Overall: This is really outstanding--the best lager I have had in quite a while. I really must go back (to the store) and get some more cans. Paired with some red dragon cheese, but this did not really go well.

11.2 oz bottle. Best before April 2035. Pours a dark brown color with a big foamy beige head that has good retention. The aroma is medium in strength with caramel, earth and some mild spice. The flavor is big toffee and caramel with some bitter walnuts and sweetened malts. The palate is full and the carbonation lively. Finished medium in duration with a bit of astringency. Overall: Decent, might sock away a bottle or two for aging.
