AROMA: initial low metallic note that fades. medium-low roasted malt aroma with hints of charcoal, roasted coffee and slight smoke. very low beer wort background with slight sweetness. APPEARANCE: very dark amber color and cristal clear. ruby highlights. low creamy ivory head, with ok retention. TASTE: initial medium-low notes of coffee-like, low charcoal. medium bitterness with a semi-dry to dry finish and slight roasted. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low to low body. medium-low to low carbonation. OVERALL: a nice NA black stout that just needs a bit more carbonation.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 29A: tropical - not disclosed / base: 2A adapted non alcoholic). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L2213562 (BB: 02/2027) AROMA: medium-low tropical fruit notes (pineapple, slight passionfruit) with a medium-low herbaceous hop note. neutral low malt background with slight sweetness. APPEARANCE: yellow color with some orange highlights and slightly hazy. medium-low white head with ok retention. TASTE: medium-low to low fruity flavor (pineapple, passionfruit). slight cardboard note. medium-low grainy cereal background (corn, some barley) with a slight sweetness. medium-low bitterness with a semi-dry finish with hints of grains. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a really nice non-alcoholic pale lager with no wort detected and with a typical cereal-grainy feel.

Can 33 cl - Batch HG.101-1820 (BB: 21.11.26) AROMA: medium hop aroma (herbal, slight pine, lupulin, slight grapefruit) and a neutral and faintly sweet background. APPEARANCE: pale yellow color and cristal clear. medium-low white head with ok retention. TASTE: medium-low hop flavor (pine, slight grapefruit and lupulin). low sweet background counter-balanced with medium-high bitterness. finishes semi-dry, bitter but also with a slight sweet aftertaste. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low to low body. medium carbonation. OVERALL: an ok non-alcoholic west coast IPA.

TASTE: initial medium-low hop flavor (pine, resin, lupulin) with very low beer wort background. medium-low bitterness with a dry and slightly hoppy finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low to low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an OK low alcohol IPA.

Can 50 cl - Batch 12.08.2026 (BB: 12.08.2026) AROMA: medium fruity aroma (mango and citrus fruits) with a low neutral-sour background. APPEARANCE: orange body and opaque. low off-white head with no retention. TASTE: initial medium-low fruity flavor (citrus-like, mango) with a medium-high neutral sour background. slight sweetness present. medium-low to low bitterness with an almost dry and sour finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low to low body. medium carbonation. OVERALL: an interesting low alcohol pastry sour that needs a bit tweaking on the acid/lactose balance.

AROMA: medium-low herbal and citrus aroma with a medium wort-like sweet background. APPEARANCE: pale yellow color and slightly hazy. medium-low white head, creamy, with ok retention. TASTE: initial medium herbal notes with some citrus (lemon, orange-like), followed by medium-high sweet beer wort. high bitterness with a dry finish but still with notes of wort. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium carbonation. harshness from bitterness and astringency. OVERALL: a low alcohol tripel-like beer with too much wort character and a harshness from excessive bitterness and astringency.
