AROMA: medium hop aroma with notes of pine, slight melon, currants. soft medium-low to low neutral malt aroma with a slight sweetness. APPEARANCE: light yellow color and slightly hazy. medium-low white head, creamy, with medium-low retention. TASTE: medium-low to low hop flavor (pine, faint melon, slight citrus). medium-low to low neutral malt background. medium-high bitterness with a semi-dry to dry and slightly bitter finish. MOUTHFELL: medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an IPA with less intense flavor, resembling more a session version.

APPEARANCE: dark amber color and clear. medium-low beige to light brown head, creamy, with good retention. lace formation. TASTE: medium-low to low spices (cinnamon, slight ginger) with low hops (pine). medium-low malt flavor (toasty, slight bread crust). medium-high bitterness with a semi-dry to dry and bitter finish that persists. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a winter ale-type beer with soft notes and with a bit too much bitterness.

MOUTHFELL: medium-low to low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an ok sour ale with restrained sourness that makes it drinkable.

TASTE: initial medium-low to low hop flavor (pine, slight fruity), followed by a medium malty background with a light caramel character. medium-high bitterness with a semi-dry to dry and bitter finish that persists. TEXTURE: medium-body with medium carbonation. slight astringency. OVERALL: a red IPA where the hops started to fade so demands retasting.

AROMA: medium roasted malt notes (dark chocolate, roasty), slight nuttiness and a low minty hop background. APPEARANCE: very dark amber color and clear. medium light brown head, creamy, with good retention. TASTE: medium-high roasted flavor (dark chocolate, roasty) that evolves into full-on roasted, almost burnt/charcoal. medium-high bitterness with a semi-dry to dry finish with burnt notes. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a hoppy dark ale with a very pronounced roasted character and where the hop presence is starting to fade due to age.

TASTE: initial medium-low pumpkin and spices (cinnamon, clove) with a low neutral malt background. medium-high bitterness with a dry, bitter and yeasty finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium carbonation. slight astringency. OVERALL: a pumpkin ale with good aroma but with unbalanced bitterness and yeasty flavor.

APPEARANCE: pale yellow color and hazy. medium-low white to off-white head with average retention. TASTE: medium to medium-low hop flavor (grapefruit-like, pine, slight mint) with a medium-low neutral-sweet malt background. medium to medium-high bitterness balancing an initial sweet impression. finishes semi-dry with a bit of bitterness that persists. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium carbonation. slight alcoholic warmth OVERALL: the base hazy IPA is ok but the added fruit is practically gone with just some very faint hints.
