Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 24A). Can 35.5 cl - Batch 13:41 8986 (BB: undeclared - Packaged on 07/02/25). AROMA: medium lemony and orange notes, blended with belgian yeast aromatics (slight peppery, clove) with a medium-low wheat malt background. APPEARANCE: pale yellow and just slightly hazy. medium-low white head, creamy, with medium-low to low retention. TASTE: medium malty flavor (wheat and slight vanilla) and slight peppery phenols. faint citrus notes. medium bitterness with an almost dry finish. MOUTHFELL: medium-light body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: an ok witbier-like beer with few citrus notes on the flavor.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 21A). Can 35.5 cl - Batch 08:55 MR1154917 (BB: undeclared - packaged on 12/16/25). AROMA: medium hop aroma (ripe melon, slight pine, grapefruit). medium-low soft malt background with slight sweetness. APPEARANCE: gold body and clear. medium-low off-white head, creamy, with good retention. TASTE: medium hop flavor (grapefruit, pine, slight melon) followed by medium maltiness (neutral-sweet with slight toffee). medium-high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish that persists. MOUTHFEEL: medium-light body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a nice american IPA.

AROMA: medium-low hop aroma (ripe melon, pine). medium-low malty background with a slightly sweet and somewhat neutral profile. APPEARANCE: light orange to yellow color and hazy- meidum-low off-white head with ok retention. TASTE: initial medium hop flavor (resin, slight ripe melon), followed by medium soft malt background with slight sweetness. medium bitterness with a semi-dry to dry and (not-overly) bitter finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a nice hazy IPA even if it was already packaged on november 2025.

Bottle 33 cl - Batch KACU0911A 04:28 (BB: 09-2029) AROMA: initial medium-high boozy aroma (rose-like, almost solventy) with low background notes of candied fruits, molasses and sultanas. APPEARANCE: very dark amber color and clear with ruby highlights. medium-large light brown head, creamy, with good retention. lace formation. TASTE: medium malty flavor with notes of dark caramel, almost molasses and hints of dried fruits and some toastiness. medium-low bitterness with a dry finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium to medium-low body due to aging. medium carbonation. noticeable alcoholic warmth. OVERALL: an aged belgian dark strong ale with interesting aroma but a more muted flavor. alcohol is still very much present.

TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium-low esters (lemon, pear), low phenolics (clove-like), and low soft malt background. medium bitterness with a dry finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with high carbonation. noticeable alcoholic warmth sensation with a hot character. OVERALL: a regular belgian tripel.

APPERANCE: deep dark orange to amber color and translucent with orange highlights. Large ivory head, creamy, with very good retention. lace formation. TASTE: medium-low malt flavour (grainy sweet and slight toasty). medium-low to low esters (candied pear), peppery phenols and somewhat boozy alcohol (medium-low). Medium to medium-low bitterness with a dry finish. slight mettalic note. MOUTHFEEL: medium to medium-full body. medium-heigh carbonation. smooth alcoholic warmth. OVERALL: an ok ambree biére de garde.

APPEARANCE: very dark amber color and clear against light. slight ruby highlights. medium, creamy, beige to light brown head with good retention. TASTE: initial medium-high roasty flavor (burnt) with a slight sweet coffee profile. medium bitterness. finishes roasty and dry. unbalanced. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium carbonation. Slight astringency. OVERALL: a sweet stout without a decisive sweet counterpoint from lactose to the strong roastiness. needs a revision to its formulation.
