APPEARANCE: reddish pink body and hazy-opaque. medium-low very light pink head, with medium-low retention. TASTE: initial medium-low to low strawberry flavor with a medium to medium-low sour background and slight grains. medium-low to low bitterness with an almost dry and yeasty finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low to low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a sour ale with a bit more muted fruit flavor with the sourness coming forward.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 21B - session IPA 6% abv). Can 33 cl - Batch L25017 (BB: 04/27). AROMA: medium caramelized malt aroma with faint notes of dried grass, slight cereal husk. medium-low hop aroma with a pine and dried grass character. APPEARANCE: pale amber color with very small particles in suspension. medium ivory head with ok retention. TASTE: initial medium malt notes (caramelized, old) with low oxidized hop notes (dried grass) and cereal husk. medium-high bitterness with a dry and overly bitter finish. unbalanced. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium carbonation. slight astringency. OVERALL: a session IPA with the same amount of alcohol of a regular IPA and already past its freshness.

AROMA: medium to medium-low hop aroma (green-like, citrus, lime and slight elderflower). medium-low malt background, clean with slight sweetness. APPEARANCE: pale yellow color and slightly hazy. medium white head, creamy, with good retention for style. slight leg formation. TASTE: initial medium-low hop flavor with notes similar to the aroma (green, elderflower). medium-low malt background, clean and slightly sweet. medium bitterness with an almost dry and slightly bitter finish that persists. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: an ok APA.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 29A: banana, carrot juice / 31B: lactose, maltodextrin / 28D). Can 44 cl - Batch 298/404 (BB: 07-02-2026 - canned on 07-07-25). AROMA: medium-high aroma of what appears to be cinnamon with medium-low banana and low carrot background. slight clean sourness. APPEARANCE: orange-red color and opaque. medium light orange head with ok retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with a medium intensity combination of banana, cinnamon and low carrot. low clean sourness. finishes semi-sweet and slightly sour. MOUTHFEEL: full body and chewie texture. medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a pastry sour with good acidic balance and with what appears to be a prominent cinnamon presence, above banana and carrot. this cant be confirmed since not all ingredients are declared on the label.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 9A). Can 50 cl - Batch undeclared (BB: 30.06.2027) AROMA: medium-low maltiness with a slight toastiness. slight metallic and cereal husk background note. gentle alcoholic presence. APPEARANCE: amber body and very slightly hazy with fine particles in suspension. medium-low beige head with medium-low retention. TASTE: initial medium-high malt flavor with fair richness (toastiness, slight sweet), followed by medium-high bitterness. unbalanced towards bitterness. finishes dry and excessively bitter. MOUTHFEEL: medium to medium-high body with medium-low carbonation. slight astringency. OVERALL: a bock (or doppel) with ok malt presence, although not much complex. the excessive bitterness ruins the tasting rendering it unbalanced.

TASTE: medium-high hop flavor (pine, resin, fresh green, mint, faint melon). medium-low neutral maltiness. medium bitterness with a dry and slightly bitter finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a nice hazy IPA.

MOUTHFEEL: medium-low to low body with low carbonation. OVERALL: a sample with problems.
