This gluten free amber poured a deep yellow colour with a minimally creamy, off white head. Small amount of lacing. Scents include perfume, citrus, floral, tea and an almost like, cleaner smell in the back. First swig was as per expected for a gluten free. Sweeter with flavours of fruit juice, must and malt. Finish is like fruit juice and beer mixed with a sweet malt flavour lingering.

This espresso porter poured a deep black colour with a creamy, tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include coffee and cocoa. It’s strange but I don’t get allspice in it. Spice, yes… almost a thyme smell to it? First swig was smooth and creamy and slightly sweet. A tiny bit thin in the mouthfeel, but delicious first impression. Flavours of coffee, burnt malt, cocoa and a little allspice. Finish is roasty and full of coffee/spice flavours that linger forever.

This Brown ale poured a deep copper colour with a creamy, off white head with nice lacing. Scents include toffee, light hops and maple. First swig was sweet and quite thin with flavours of maple, very light cocoa and a flavour of something I can’t figure out. Finish is slightly bitter with that light maple flavour lingering.
