This EPA poured a hazy, deep amber colour with a minimal, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, full rich malt, medium toast, brown sugar and whiskey cream. First swig was thick, malty and rich. Flavours of brown sugar, malt, whiskey flavour and a little spice. Finish is strong and very malty with thick mouthfeel and a little hop bitterness.

This one poured a hazy, medium golden colour with a spore like, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, corn, citrus, spice, apples and dough. First swig had lower carbonation and maybe a little thin. Flavours of spice, ripe fruit, cardboard, honey and cooked veggies. Finish is all ripe fruit and spice.

This dark IPA poured a hazy dark amber colour with a big, creamy, tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include roasted malt, pine, orange citrus and light cocoa. First swig was different, very sharp. Thinner than expected. Flavours a lot more hoppy than expected also. Flavours of grass, pine, coffee, black toast and wee bit of cocoa. Finish is quite hoppy with roasted malt and hop bitterness lingering.

This stout poured a deep black colour with a huge, creamy, tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include roasted malt, black toast, coffee and a wee bit of peppermint. First swig was very bold. Starts really sweet with flavours of sweet coffee, molasses, roasted malt and light coolness of peppermint. Finish is thick and still very sweet with coffee and sweet malt flavours lingering. Too sweet for this guy.

This Hazy IPA poured alike pineapple juice. Cloudy, medium yellow colour with a creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include cooked veggies, pineapple and citrus hops of orange and lemon. First swig was quite nice. Flavours of citrus, pineapple, cream, hay and cooked veggies. Finish is hoppy but not intrusive with pineapple flavour and hop flavour lingering.

This lager poured a golden yellow colour with a creamy, white coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include malt, honey, a little caramel, bread and biscuit. First swig was smooth and a little sweet and thin. Minimal carbonation. Flavours of honey, corn, and a little dough.
