Tessic Profile - Brewver

This stout poured a deep black colour with a creamy brown head. Nice lacing. Scents include tobacco, licorice, coffee, roasted malts and dark cocoa. First swig was delicious. Flavours of sweet roasted malts, coffee, caramel, light tobacco, wee coconut and a little smoke. Finish is meaty, with sweeter, roasted malt flavours and a little coconut lingering.

This oatmeal stout poured a deep black colour with a minimal, tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include dark toast, roasted malts, coffee, cocoa, Bovril and a little black cherry. First swig was a little thin, with flavours of smoke, nuts, burnt toast, and roasted malts. Finish is burnt and smokey with just a wee bit of hop bitterness lingering.

This hazy poured just that, a hazy medium yellow colour with a creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include lemon and orange citrus, cream, tea and hay and a little honey. First swig was not too bad but quite acidic with hops. Tastes like it smells. Citrus, tea, honey and a ton of hops. Finish is weedy with hop bitterness lingering.

This lager poured a slightly hazy, light yellow colour with a foamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include corn, sweet malt and mild perm solution. First swig was quite carbonated and a little weak. Flavours of light citrus, corn, fruit peels and a wee bit of dough. Finish is lightly hoppy with mild bitterness lingering.

This hazy poured a deep, hazy, medium yellow colour with a creamy, white head with nice lacing. Scents include cooked veggies, hay, honey, pineapple and butane? First swig was smooth, slightly sweet and creamy with flavours of hay, sweet malt, tea and citrus. Finish is citrus and honey with weedy hop flavours lingering.

This amber poured just that, beautiful deep red colour with a huge creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include malt, honey, bread and soda. First swig was lower in carbonation. Flavours of carmel malt, dough, ripe fruit and hops. Finish is malty with ripe fruit flavours lingering.
