Rich copper color with a wine and floral hop aroma. Flavor is red wine, some caramel sweet malt, with a dry, woody, floral hop bitter finish. Unexpected wine flavor really detracts from the taste.

Pale yellow color with a quick fading head. Slightly spicy aroma. Sweet flavor with a light hoppy bitterness that fades fast. A little floral taste.

Copper color, no head. Floral aroma. Flavor is moderate hop bitterness, earthy, with a quick fading malt sweetness. A little dry at the finish, leaving a floral hop bitter aftertaste.

Opaque golden color, thin head. Light citrus aroma. Thin texture for a wheat beer. Flavor is a combination of sweet wheat and a mild funky wheat bitterness. Some mild citrus at the end and in the aftertaste. Citrus flavors intensify as it warms.
