Caged and corked bottle brought back from SC. Slight hiss on removing the VERY tight cork. A murky medium amber brown pour no head or lacing. Big aromas of toasted malts, light brown sugars and raisons/dates. Most light burnt sugars and over ripe raison and pear. Thick smooth palate. Scant carbonation. Big beer.

On Tap at Belmont BrewHouse Clear light amber pour. Dense but fleeting off-white head. Classic =light toasted clean malts. A little woody fresh bite. Classic...tis the season.

On tap at the original location. Cleared medium golden thin quick pilsnerish looking white head. Soft lightly sweet pale malts. Mild citrusy tropical hop flavor. Smith slightly sweet and flavorful.

On tap at CoppenRoss. Foggy light yellow peach pour. Thin wispy off white head. Nice light citrus tropical character. Soft pithy bite. Smooth and still good fresh hop flavor
