Visited a few times now. A local Appletonian hooked into the local beer scene so I knew this place was coming months ahead of time. Only a few months open, opened this year. It's in an old bank space in an old downtown building. Very near some good downtown bars and 5 or 6 blocks from two more downtown Appleton breweries. Quite the nice scene growing slowly and organically around here. We will say hello to Ope! Brewing next summer. I'd comment on the service, but I know too much. Some of the servers are meh, some are great, and the bar manager is a friend of mine. The place is cool. And old bank. They found some old wall decorations behind some walls. They have the bank vault in the basement and it's cool just to see the vault door. They started out by guest brewing all over the state before the brewery opened, and opened with 100% guest taps. All those guest taps were good and the beers they've brewed since then have also been good. Food is good. Tried the parm garlic wings, pear burrata pizza, pepperonia and hot honey pizza, and all have been excellent. Brand new place, but firing on all cylinders. I'll be there tomorrow night to (hopefully) see the Dodgers lose the 2025 World Series.

Randomly ran into a couple of their bottles at a private tasting. No clue there was a meadery and cidery right up WI-47 from Appleton. Smallish place. Small parking lot but apparently they can fit a crowd outside. Service was good. I was the only one there. Traditional grape wines, fruit wines, ciders, meads. None are great but all are slightly above average or better. Prices solid. Not worth going too far out of your way for but if you find yourself near Bonduel stop by.

Had some time to kill before my evening flight and found myself NW of Atlanta after meeting with a very old family friend so I thought I'd swing by. In a kinda re-developed area. Those kinds of new fake downtown type places I hate because they lack all character. But that's not the business' fault. I did find free lot parking half a block away. Big place, bright. Big bar takes up the center of the place with tables and booths on the sides. Did not try the food. Beer was pretty good. Tried a flight. Smoked lager, APA, IPA. Did I not get a flight? (Well I did get a flight later that night... literally). Which reminds me, I spilled my sample and they did not offer to replace it. A mark off for customer service. Enough rambling. Worth a stop if in the area.

Stopped by for dinner and for meeting my old friend Raul on 9/17/25. Dark place, long and tall. First review here was in 2013 so they've been around a while. Wanted to focus on conversation and not ticking beers, so tried nothing new, but the beer list is excellent. Food was excellent. Service good. Overall well worth a stop.

9/17/25. Brewery 3/3 in the Avondale Estates area, and a short walk from Wild Heaven and Little Cottage. The fanciest of the three with the most capital, but still worth a stop. Service was fantastic, both the bartender and the brewer I chatted with for some time. Tried a Kentucky Common, IPA, Belgian IPA, Dubbel, Stout. Beers were all good. Prices solid. Lots of parking out front.

Stopped by 9/17/25. Probably my favorite stop of the entire Georgia trip. As others have said, smallish, clean, metal playing. Bartender was pretty metal also but was friendly and helpful. No sign of food when I was there but food trucks would be easy here and it was pretty early. If I recall corrrectly now flights but short pours available. Tried a milk stout, 2 x IPAs, and a BA imperial stout. Since some previous reviews they have added a cooler with beers to go. All very expensive BA stouts, but technically beer to go. Overall, loved this stop and no reason not to stop with three good breweries within a short walk of each other.
