A slight haze, golden colour with a white head, decent stay and some creamyish lacing all-around. A nice cereal grain malt nose with some peppery heat. The taste starts up as a Kölsch with the maltiness, and then some slow burning heat appears in the finish. A blend of spicy Pils malt seems to blend things nicely. Quite an interesting Blonde with the heat of peppers lingering.

Dernière bière collab des trois couleurs du drapeau Français, cette année avec Messorem. Mid-Hazed, golden-orangy colour with a bubbly off-white cap, average stay and a little ring of bubbly foam. Pineapple, peach aromas on top, with the Citra in the background - cutting a bit of the fruity-sweetness. This continues in the flavours, with a touch of citrus zestiness in the mild, drying finish. An overall wet mouthfeel. Hints of coconut from the Sabro. Not getting much of what I like about the Nelson Sauvin. A good, easy-drinking NEIPA that is pretty fruity, with that pineapple-peach combo over the usual citrus.

First in the series I tried was the #7, and loved it !! Hazed, golden colour with an orange hue, a big, fluffy-creamy warm-white head, very good retention and nice foamy-creamy lacing. Big fruity aromas with a nice blend of citruses, stone-tropical fruits and a touch of white wine. A juicy mouthfeel, that is somewhat slick, ending on a drying finish. A tad candy is present to balance things, but not over sweet. Some good citrus zest mildly lingers. This one is another banger ! Super fruity, juicy, smooth AF with a nice, slow building drying end.

Can from the LCBO, pouring a clean golden colour with a frothy white cap, good stay and lots of foamy lacing streaks. Saison yeast aromas with a lemon touch, a chemical hint and pears. A mid-bodied mouthfeel with decent light dryness in the end. Flavours of apples, pears, Saison yeastiness and a tad lemons. Some booze is present. A decent Saison with a little off-chemical notes, but still pretty drinkable.

Fairly clean, light golden-yellow colour with a white head, average stay and a bit of foamy lacing spots. A cereal malt base in the nose with some fresh, herbal hop notes. Hints of spiciness found in Pilsners. A decent cereal malt base continues with the fresh grassy hoppiness. A wet mouthfeel with decent dryness in the finish. A good, refreshing beer that feels like a cross between a Kölsch and an Italian Pilsner, with a tad more hops for the style.

Nice, they brought this one back (which I had not had back in the day). Hazed, amber-reddish colour with a frothy, white-pinkish head, good retention and lots of foamy lacing patches. Fresh raspberry purée with a light caramel malt base, some herbal notes and hints of vanilla-lactose. You can really feel the raspberry are not essences, but real fruit with the woody-tart, sour juiciness, mild grassiness and lactose. Quite a good Milkshake IPA with real raspberries, feeling genuine.

Awesome, a keg found of this one I could not have back in the day. Pours a dark brown, blackish colour with not much head, nor lacing. Just a slight film left on the glass. Raisin aromas with other dark fruits, blending with coconut, chocolate notes and hints of nuts, wood. Slick and oily mouthfeel with some good dryness in the finish. A little woody-tart is left on the tongue. Roasted malt flavours with a tad licorice, mild cacao and dark fruits. A little warming alcohol near the end. A good Imperial Stout with some nice woodiness and drying tartiness.

Hazed, golden colour with a slight orange hue, a big bubbly off-white head, not much stay, nor lacing. Aromas of citrus, stone fruits, farm funkiness, some melon notes and a touch of alcohol. The taste shows again citrusy flavours with melons watering down things, nectarine hints and less funk. A wet mouthfeel with a mild drying finish. A refreshing, wet NEIPA that starts off a little confused, but gets better as it goes. Still, I find the melon notes from the Anchovy hops are making things off, and not as pleasant as I wish.
