Lightly unfiltered, golden colour with an off-white creamyish head, good stay and some mild foamy lacing. A sweet nose with the mix of coffee, chocolate, lactose and vanilla - all with a sweet malt base. Thankfully, the taste is not as sweet as the nose gives out to be. More of a creamy mouthfeel with good maltiness, a touch of vanilla, very mild coffee, lactose with a tad hop dryness. Gets hazy at the last pour. A good White Stout that has lots of coffee-style notes, but not overly sweet.

Hazy, golden-orange colour with a small white head, but leaving some nice creamy-sticky lacing. Lots of fruitiness in the nose with a blend of mango and a touch of pineapples. Some orange juices balance the rest. The white grapes of wine of Nelson Sauvin come out in the taste, mixed with the citrus, stone fruits and tad grassiness. A very nice, juicy NEIPA that seems lighter in mouthfeel, but with some good fruitiness and hoppiness of three different levels.

Hazy, golden-orange colour with a bunch of particles, like spices floating around. The white frothy head is creamyish with decent stay and nice creamy streaks of lacing. Big peachy aromas from the Peacharine hops, with a blend of tropical fruits, mild citrus and hints of white wine. Again, lots of fruitiness in the flavours with everything found in the nose. A tad pineapple sweetness in there as well. A juicy mouthfeel with some creaminess, and mild zest bitterness in the end with a slow-building dryness. Quite a nice, juicy Double NEIPA with loads of fruity hoppiness.

A decent slight haze, golden colour with a white head, good stay and sticky, creamy lacing clouds. Yeasty aromas with good maltiness, cereal notes and fresh herbal hops. The taste shows nice spicy malts found in Pils, with the yeastiness blending well and a touch of grassiness. A crisp mouthfeel with some well-balanced drying finish. A good refreshing Pale Ale with rice blending things well, but the hops balancing things nicely.

Hazy, golden-yellow colour with a frothy white head, good retention and nice creamy-foamy lacing. Fresh citrus aromas with a touch of white wine grapes and hints of vanilla-oats. Some good tropical fruits in the taste with light citrus zest, juices and a touch of grapes. A wet, juicy mouthfeel with a tad dryness in the end. A nice, refreshing NEIPA with everything blending well, not overpowering and just juicy.

Hazy golden colour with a tad orangy hue, a white head with good retention and some nice creamyish, streaky lacing. The Citra hops release that fresh citrus smell, but with time, some green hoppîness come out. The taste shows a nice blend of citrus, but what comes in to help things is a herbal touch. A juicy mouthfeel with a mild drying finish. A nice Double NEIPA with only Citra hops that has good drinkability.

A dark brown colour with light copper-ruby highlights, a small mocha-coloured head, average stay and mild, tiny, sticky spots left on the glass. Nice chocolate nose with some coconut notes and hints of fruit cake. A nice slick, lightly oily mouthfeel with a touch of dryness in the end. Chocolate again in the taste, with a tad alcohol, some hints of raisins and coconut. Another good Barleywine from this brewery, with the Bourbon and Cognac very-well blended, and quite smooth overall.
