I’ve been watching the Norwegian series Ragnarok so figured it was time to open up this beer.

Florence Fermentation Loki
Session IPA 5% 33 IBU

For some reason, I thought this was a saison… it looks like a hazy milky gold NEIPA. Juicy fruity citrus aroma on a medium body. It’s more pithy and bitter than I expected but really quite good and worth trying out.

Yorocco From the Local’s Backyard 2026:
Natsu Mikan Farmhouse Ale 4%

Mellow gold in color with fluffy fizzy white foam and a soft light body.

Loads of lightly spicy saison notes but not much Natsu Mikan character. Ok.

This black currant sour is a nice purple red color with a silky medium body and tart cassis flavor.

Strawberry Pineapple Sour Ale 6%

Matte gold with a huge sweet strawberry aroma. Quite tart strawberry flavor on a smooth medium body. Tart but I don’t get much pineapple from it.

Dieu du Ciel Hommage à la La Fin du Monde
Citrus Tripel 9%

Brass color with fluffy off-white foam. Full bodied and smooth. It has a vinous stone fruit and white pepper notes. Lots of spicy Belgian notes, the citrus is there but more in the sense of candied orange rinds.

Tasty stuff.
