Euro Hop Saison

This beer from Totocco is a lovely copper color with thick off-white foam as well as a spicy saison aroma. The taste is like a heavy rich French farmhouse saison with loads of white pepper spiciness.

Hitachi no Fushicho Rice Saison 5%

Nice fold with a classic lightly tangy spicy saison flavor and aroma profile. Good stuff.

Tsukuba Konjikihime IPA 7%

This is a nice clear gold with thin white foam and a candy sweet tart and citrus aroma. The flavor on the medium bodied has a bit of pine abs citrus which brings to mind a west coast ipa. It is pretty well balanced. Pretty good.

Gassuiseki Hazy IPA 7%

Nice matte gold with wispy white foam and a rich stone fruit and citrus aroma. The flavor on a medium-full body has a bit of a tang to it but is generally well/balanced. Not quite as over the top juicy as other hazies but ok.

Tsukuba Benkei-Nanamodori Red IPA 7%

Dark reddish brownn with thin beige foam and a piney, slightly peppery rye(?) aroma. The taste adds elements of candied orange peel on a medium body. Solid.

Teenage Brewing is a relatively new brewery out of Kanto I haven’t tried many of but I’ve heard good things about.

Teenage Brewing Resurrection 7%
DDH IPA

Thick foam that doesn’t leave much on lacing. This nice looking pale gold hazy brew has a nice juicy aroma with candyish sweet tart notes. Medium bodied and relatively smooth. The taste matches the aroma but adds an orange syrup flavor and some coconut in the finish. Solid stuff.
