Draught @ the brewpub. Clear golden with a very small frothy off-white head that disappears fast, yeasty aroma, high carbonation, medium tart malty taste with Belgian yeast flavors, smooth body, long finish. Nice saison.

Can, from Beermiscuous, Chicago IL. Pours cloudy dark golden with a small foamy off-white head, citrus aroma, low carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel taste with a bit of pineapple, smooth body, long smooth finish. A very smooth DIPA.

Visited in Feb 2026. High scale farm to table restaurant and brewery in Chicagoland. The first thing that attracts attention is the greenhouse with herbs next to the brewpub. They had an impressive food menu, 10 beers on tap with flights and growlers/crowlers to go. There was an equally impressive wall of whiskeys. The beers were good, the food was upscale.

Visited in Nov 2025. Very small brewery and taproom on the corner of an alley. A few tables outside on the patio. It was very crowded when I visited due to a pub crawl but soon the crowd left. 8 beers on tap, some snacks, no food. Neighbourhood type place with board games, etc. The beers are fine.

Draught @ Bitter Pops, Chicago IL (Nov 2025). Clear dark brown with red highlights, small foamy tan head, caramel aroma, medium carbonation, mildly sweet coffee-caramel taste with pumpkin flavor, alcohol undertones, thin body, long coffee-caramel finish with a bit of alcohol burn at the end. Smooth imperial pumpkin stout.

Draught @ the brewery. Extremely hazy dark yellow/orange with a small foamy off-white head, faint citrusy aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter citrus peel-mango taste, alcohol undertones, smooth body, long medium bitter finish. Very well covered ABV, so smooth and tasty.
