Derbeth Profile - Brewver (Dev)

Dark brown colour, almost black, rocky head that disappears quickly. Aroma is roasted, burned, iron. Light bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Would be a good Schwarzbier if not the faulty iron aroma.

Amber colour, hazy, rocky head that disappears quickly. Aroma is rusty nails, white bread crust, malt. Light sweetness. Medium to full body, soft carbonation. The iron in the aroma is horrible, and lacks bitterness. Bad.

Notes of rustic apple, like Szara Reneta. No notes of red apple. Bone dry. Medium carbonation, just right. Too dry and simple, makes it unpleasant to drink.

Golden colour, beautiful large frothy head that stays for a while. Aroma is white bread, some herbal hops, a bit of lemon and clove, a bit of grain. Light bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation. A bit like kellerbier, but lacks bitterness. Quite ok.

Pale colour, rocky head that stays for a while. Aroma is wort, straw, white bread, butter (a bit too much even for this style). Light bitterness. Light body. Terribly boring, one of the worst beers in this style available in Poland.

Nice old school grassy hops aroma. Light to medium bitterness. Carbonation is just right but the beer feels watery. Not bad, but rather disappointing, even within its category.
