Pale colour, cloudy, large frothy head that stays for a while. Aroma is banana, lemon peel, coriander. Lightly sour, light bitterness, not sweet. Light body, medium carbonation. Not very exciting, but quite ok.

Dark golden colour, hazy, pours with almost no head. Aroma is white bread, banana, unpleasant sharp herbal note a bit similar to juniper. Medium bitterness with a herbal character, very unlike typical hops bitterness, light sweetness. Medium to full body, unpleasantly cloying, flat carbonation. Faulty and messy.

Golden colour, clear. Aroma is juicy rustic apple, a bit of flowery notes. Taste is lightly sour, not sweet but also not bone dry. Very pleasant mouthfeel, slightly thick, stays on the tongue and gives light astringent feeling, also carbonation is just right. Drinkable until the end. One of the best ciders in Poland. Quite similar to good ciders from Normandy. Too bad the bottle is small.and expensive.

Amber colour, small rim of head. Aroma is ripe rustic apple, notable apple skin. Lightly sour, but not too sour, not sweet, but also not bone dry. Medium body, medium carbonation. Very English in character. Fantastic, I think it may be my favourite Polish cider now.

Dirty orange-reddish colour, hazy, no head. Aroma is yoghurt, red currant, dried apricot. Lightly sour, not too tart. Light body, light carbonation. Thirst quenching and does not feel like drinking a juice. Fantastic!
