hawthorne00 Profile - Brewver (Dev)

Can. Clear deep brown with a 2cm pale beige head that lasts pretty well. Aroma of dried fruit, bun dough, caramel, spices. Perhaps some of the fruit is stewed rather than dried and upon a taste it's malty and fruity but fairly dry. Spices emerge as does a decisive bitterness.

Tap at Many Little. Gold, white head. Shy hay aroma. Light bodied. Clean, hayish malt, hints of nuts. Modest bitterness but it does creep up and snaps enough.

Can. Amber with a dense 3/2cm cream head. Malty aroma with layers of caramel and breadcrust, spices, light tropical and citrus notes. So it tastes until a resinous bitter finish storms through.

2026 version. Can. Black, a cm of tan head. Dark roasty aroma with chocolate, vanilla, hints of whiskey. A little fumy. Taste is along those lines. Not all that heavy, booze is pretty restrained. Nice chocolate brioche and firm but not burnt roasted notes. Bourbon and oak are there but support. Very nice.

Can. Gold with a weak white head. 6- Tropical lolly aroma with pine, some gooseberry. Rather anonymous sweetish malt with fruit then pine before a brief bitter finish. Bit on the fence with this one - finish won me over a bit.
