Still searching a medium for other spirits, so those aren't online for now. If you know anything, let me know ;) For all mediums, the score is decided like this : 100 : Absolute perfection. Must have sampled it at least twice, and be mindblown twice. 90 - 100 : absolutely amazing. I'd like a drink like this anytime, even if it ain't the cheapest. 80-90 : Very damn good. It'll depend a bit more on the price - but this is probably one to seek out. 70-80 : better than average . Will likely enjoy again if it's priced compeditive. 70 : Average score for anything with alcohol . // 50 : The absolute middlepoint ( pure H2O ) Anything with alcohol beneath 50 is simply not worth drinking (seriously, concider your liver) // 05 : The absolute, final downpoint . Songs shall be written about how this attack to the tastebuds has started a rage within, killing inocent bystanders for no apparent reason - other than the fact my life is ruined by drinking this. On the other hand, it's kinda interesting to try something THIS bad, so you should probably seek it out ! As you can see, I use the FULL scale , and a rating of 70 by myself isn't bad at all !

Pours clear blonde, meidum sized white head of low stability. Scent is brett, oak, not very geuze-forward to me, also not AmLam style per se (yes I know this isn't american) , more like one of those heavy brett-forward, yet usually very pleasant, geuze imitations you also find in the US, or other countries outside of Belgium. Looks like this might be an enjoyable... lets call it 'brett-euze' ?
Taste showcases a refined acidity, to the level that is indeed very lambic / geuze like, not over the top, and fairly complex. Citrussy, very bright, woody, brett-forward but not one sided at all. High carbo and dry mouthfeel. Yesyesyes, this is the path to follow! A bit harsh in the throat in terms of acidity, nothing truly unacceptable, but when comparing to geuze, you're opening yourself up to be critisized on the details. I very much agree with the way they described it themselves, a geuze-style beer (aka not a geuze, but inspired on one) . Also I do get the citrussy notes ( lemon and grapefruit, they say - coudln't agree more). A very respecfull, and respectable, '4 year spontaneous blend' . Enjoyable to drink, interesting to taste !

Pours hazy (poured with yeast) medium blonde. Large, very large even, white head that keeps growing after the pour. Scent is green, herbal, earthy hops. Nothing extreme, quite mellow. It reminds me a bit of Amarillo, in a way, but more herbal. Taste is fairly bitter (for a Belgian beer that doesn't claim to be, quite bitter even!) Yeasty, but not over the top, and not very estery or anything. Malty, but not overpowering? the hops do shine, in what tastes more like a belgian style than an IPA at all times- nevertheless, it does work, in a way. Amarillo still comes to mind, by lack of better comparing materials.
Medium body, high (but surprisingly, not over the top) carbonation.

Not a seek-out beer, but If i'd find myself in a bar serving this, or sitting at this (very nice to visit!) brewery, this might be my go-for one!

Pours a clear, darker blonde. Medium large white head fades very fast. Scent is funky, oak, herbal,-perfumy and brett. Taste is tart, but balanced. Dry, but not overly so. Emphasis on the wormwood, makes it very herbal - perhaps slightly more than I'd prefer myself. Medium low carbonation. Balanced, very balanced even. More of a culinairy beer to me than a stand-alone drinker though. Bitter finish.

Pours unclear amber. Large white head fades fast. Scent is old wood, but very in balance with the freshness of the OB OG, less characteristically OB or Madeira than hoped, but more like a very good (all be it rather generic) geuze, with old oak involved. Taste is mildly recognizable on both Ob and Madeira - madeira rises to a higher peak towards the aftertaste though. Very pleasant. Unfortunately, a bit overcarbonated though. Would have preferred a more intense expression fot he barrels, but they're not at all lost . Nice one !

Pours clear blonde, fairly large white head. Scent is doughy, malty, mild brett, some wood. Buttery funk. Taste is Mcuh more acidic than anticipated. Actually quite sharp and dry, not acetic at all, but so harsh - true AmLam. VERY high carbonation. Not very balanced at all. Quite harsh and way to sharp. Not amongst the better AmLams, let alone to call this 'lambic style'... As it warms up, shows quite a bit of band-aid. Turns funky acetic... Ended up as a drainpour. Underwhelming for sure.

Bit of a gusher ....

Pours medium darkened blonde, medium sized white head of good stability. Scent is Generic craft NA, sweet impressions allover. Taste is quite generic as well. malty, minor bitter touch, not enough to balance the heavy sweetness. Very forgeteable.

Pours a clear, pinkred. Lighter then the Belgian Kriek Lambics. Foam dies off before it's formed, completely. Scent is loud on cherry pits, recognizable amlam as well, but not in a significantly good, nor bad way. Taste is medium acidic, to medium high in the aftertaste. Dry, and very sharp - recognizable AmLam for sure. Very drying, woody undertone. Cherry giving aroma, fairly mild compared to the original Belgians. Has a buttery touch to it, which is a twist for the dryness it has. Mild gasoline-like phenolic undertone. It's ok. righteously bottled and sold; but especially on this side of the pond, where this beer would be much harder to get and more expensive than real cherry lambic, it's kinda pointless - just go for the real stuff - much more depth, balance, intensity and complexity.

On the other hand, living in the US, having this as a local brew, where lambics are harder to get and more expensive, a beer like this makes way more sense.

Pours hazy blonde. Scent is full on BE yeast aromas, banana up front, but in a way, smooth and likeable. Taste is surprisingly bitter. Full on banana and bubble gum in the aroma - bit too mich for me. Def took a hit in it's maltyness. Bitterness gets compensated by residual sweetness. Ok.
