Still searching a medium for other spirits, so those aren't online for now. If you know anything, let me know ;) For all mediums, the score is decided like this : 100 : Absolute perfection. Must have sampled it at least twice, and be mindblown twice. 90 - 100 : absolutely amazing. I'd like a drink like this anytime, even if it ain't the cheapest. 80-90 : Very damn good. It'll depend a bit more on the price - but this is probably one to seek out. 70-80 : better than average . Will likely enjoy again if it's priced compeditive. 70 : Average score for anything with alcohol . // 50 : The absolute middlepoint ( pure H2O ) Anything with alcohol beneath 50 is simply not worth drinking (seriously, concider your liver) // 05 : The absolute, final downpoint . Songs shall be written about how this attack to the tastebuds has started a rage within, killing inocent bystanders for no apparent reason - other than the fact my life is ruined by drinking this. On the other hand, it's kinda interesting to try something THIS bad, so you should probably seek it out ! As you can see, I use the FULL scale , and a rating of 70 by myself isn't bad at all !

Always a bit pathetic when even the brewery doesn't seem to know the difference between degrees and percentage... Do the label reads 5.5 degrees on the front, 5.5% on the side. I know, who cares ? well, I do, apparenlty. Never was the biggest Broeder Jacob fan anyway, but c'mon guys, you must know at least the basics, no ?

Anyway. Slow gusher. Pours dark pinkredpurple. Pink head fades fast. Scent is very intense, sweet, red fruits, syrupy. not 'bad' , I kinda can dig this, but usually in a NA beer (liefmans fruitesse) since it's not worth the alcohol to me, sugars and syrups can exist fine without these 5.5... Degrees (facepalm emoji)
Taste is surprisingly less sweet, don't get me wrong, still very sweet, but not as over the top as expected. some maltyness shines trough. Feels a bit heavier on the palate. big bubbles but other than that medium carbonation. But than, towards (just before) the aftertaste, this tastes really chemical, in a bad way. During the aftertaste it tunrs heavy on the sweetness, sugary, but also 'chemical sweeteners' (light zero drinks, aspartaan or stevia or whatever they use, it's this typical bad flavor to me which this beer has, ever so slightly) . Yeah... not great. With this kind of score percentage, you're not getting your degree !

Gusher alert.

Pours a very clear, light blonde with a big foam and lots of visible Co2
Scent is mostly BE yeast, malty, and a sweet impression. hops are silent. Taste is typical tripel, with that banana profile shining though very pronounced. Overcarbonation by quite a bit, which is not uncommon for the style. Not significantly sweeter than the average tripel, but still quite sweet, as the style is (or can be) . Mild bitterness. Mostly BE yeast. Style typical tripel, withoud major issues (accept for the gushing) and to my taste a bit bland and far overcarbonated. But respectable.

Pours hazy (by sediment). Small white head. Scent is full, creamy, citrus, green hops, bit danky. Summery. Taste is full, creamy, bit sweet , spicy by the yeast , dank, medium fruity. Not bad. Could be a bit more hopforward perhaps.

Pours a hazed, amberpink. Medium to mediumslall white ( slightly pink) head. Scent is earthy, underripe raspberry. Herbal, vegetal. Simple (lactic) acidity expectations. Taste is starting sharp, but than very quickly tunrs more dense and exhausting. Acidity is mild and only for a brief second, before NA sweetness takes over. Raspberry isnt very pronounced, and presents itself somewhere between earhty / herbal and fruity. At the start, a good one, but picking this appart makes it loose much of its goodness. If you want an easy 'slam back in the car whilst driving and thirsty' this is perfect. To sit on a summer terrace, wanting to enjoy something refreshing and nice NA, i would hope to find better options.

Pours a medium colored blodne. Medium large white, fairly fast fading head. Scent is funky from a distant, intensifying up close, with the addition of a high minerality, some complex grainy base. No wood (don't know if this is oak aged, but sour ales always give me that assumption, though far from all are,e specially outside BE) . Taste is sharp, pushed by a very high (too high for me) carbo, acidic and bone dry (aided by the saltyness -which remains mild in intensity but definately gives this one a push) citrussy acidity (quite high, could have enjoyed this more if it were tweaked down just a notch) . Enjoyable, but wouldn't go out of my way to find this (again) .

Pours clear amberblonde. Medium large to large white head, stable (very stable for the style!) Scent is funky, brett, citric acidity, asb always with the herberg (or so it seems) a very 'old' profile. Taste is pretty sharp, intense but pleasant acidity. loads of brett, oak (old oak) again that very old lambic profile, rubbery in a way towards the finish, mildly oxidative (towards, but not yet, nutty). Fairly high carbo.
Starts of as a more (compared to) generic geuze, but near the end, it goes quite specific Herberg. Slightly high carbonation. Another really pleasant offering by Herberg !

Pours a clear yellowblonde. Small white head fades instantly. Scent is buttery acidic, fairly simple nose. Some wood. Distant brett.

Taste is sharp, dry, acidic, citrus, buttery acidity. Mild wood, very distant brett. Not great, not awefull. certainly could use a better variety of acidity and more balance.
