Pours clear gold with an orange hue. Thin white head.
Nose is bitter, floral and hoppy. You can feel the ABV.
Flavor is bitter, hops and copper notes.
Medium carbonation and body, bitter and hoppy finish.

Not sure I had a high ABV West Coast before 😅

Holy shit, this is the BEST sour I had until now. Incredible!!
Pours hazy, pale peach with thin white head.
Nose is cinnamon, some pears and sweet maple syrup.
Flavor is sour, pear and maple syrup towards the finish. Some cinnamon. Can't say I taste walnuts, but might be there, semi-hidden.
Medium carbonation.
