Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark orange to almost amber color with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: floral to mixed citrusy hops, light vanilla, some bready malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a sweet to semi-bittersweet sort of blend; finishes malty and a touch of dryness
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness but a little bit of unknown grit seems to offset some of the balance of the smoothness
Overall: not a bad APA, maybe again.
Can to tulip
Appearance: dark orange cloudiness with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace.
Aroma: soft grapefruity to mango to lemon hop notes; light clean malts then a touch of bubblegum
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet sort of quality but there's definitely not as much bubblegum now; finishes with those hop aromas and a touch of juiciness
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; some smoothness but a pinch of some hop bitterness assertiveness - nothing overbearing
Overall: nice enough NEDIPA I could possibly come back to if handed a can.
Can to English pint glass
Appearance: pale yellow cloudiness with a three finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: some lemon, slight piney, melon, tangerine and mango hop notes with a light biscuity malt backbone
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to bittersweet to bitter blend; finishes leaning into the piney to lemony to mango hop notes and slightly dry
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness but also a tight little hop nicking along the tongue - mostly non-overbearing
Overall: pretty nicely done IPA I could bang again.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: dark orange semi-haziness with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: light mixed citrusy and piney hop tones with a mid level of pineapple and floral hops then a light clean maltiness
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet quality; finishes semi-piney and floral with a touch of dryness
Texture: medium bodied; sessionable; some good smoothness and a light nicking of some hop assertiveness but nothing overbearing
Overall: worthy DIPA of returning to if I see it.

On tap at McGillicuddy's Five Corners, Essex Junction, VT on 09/22/2018.
Appearance: burnt yellow to orange color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which took it's time to dissipate and once it did some light lace occurred
Aroma: grapefruity and orangey hop tones up front with a light lemony hop tone underneath; nice light clean malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet blend with a light mango-ish note entering in ever so slightly; finishes grapefruity and orangey
Texture: light to medium bodied, semi-sessionable; some smoothness but also a little bit of hop assertiveness - nothing overbearing
Overall: nice enough DIPA worthy of coming back to if I see it.

Rainy Night In Soho from Foam Brewers was the one that did it!

Opened the can and a little bit of a gusher but not too much and I thought something may have happened to the nitro widget in the can but maybe the can got jostled around by my own doing or perhaps shipment from the brewery to Winooski Bevy. Anyways, well, here's the rest:
Appearance: the nice beautiful cascading of the dark brown/black down into the the mid section the semi-muddy brown level and I watched it intertwine until nothing but black was seen in the glass with the soft camel khaki color-ed two finger head sat on top of the glass for what seemed like forever
Aroma: soft sweet creamy caramel/toffee to sweet coffee and roasted malts roll into a wonderful dark chocolatey toned vibe with some cake/baked/doughy clean sweetness
Flavor: pretty much copies the aromas in a fine sweet to roasted creaminess; finishes very creamy with some roasty nutty to coffee tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; very smooth with such a soft creamy note to it; very heavenly in the feel
Overall: what a wonderful Irish dry stout from a nitro can. I would have this again.
Can to snifter.
Appearance: dark brown color close to black in color with a finger's worth of tan foamy head which settled off at a nice pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: milk chocolate, sweet graham cracker, sweet vanilla/marshmallows and a little bit of coffee roast
Flavor: this one blends better than some of the others of this series but honestly, it's pretty sweet; finishes pretty sweet through those chocolatey and graham cracker tones
Texture: medium bodied, somewhat a sipper; good smoothness and nothing preventing a good flow of the beer
Overall: the mid level of the series, I'd come back to this before some of the others though this was pretty sweet all around
