SHIG Profile - Brewver

Can: Poured a bright yellow with a fluffy white head. Aroma is juicy fresh hops, melon, papaya, citrus, tropical. Taste is bitter hops, citrus, grapefruit, melon rinds, tingly, lively in the finish. This actually is more pale than hazy and I am all for it.

Nothing like going to a German Christmas market in Tokyo and buying Finnish beer. Can: Poured a copper orange with a creamy beige head that laced up. Aroma hops, citrus, grapefruit, piney. Taste is hoppy, metallic, grapefruit, piney.

Draft, had to get because why not try a cider in Tokyo that Danlo or SaltyGrog haven’t had: Poured a murky yellow with a white ring. Aroma is ginger and fruity. Taste is nice blend of apples and ginger. Ginger tingles the finish.

Cask: Poured golden with a finger high white frothy cask head. Aroma is so fresh, hops, citrus, fruity, malts. Taste is nice light hops, fruity, citrus, chewy malt balance. Amazing for being Japanese cask!
