Benzai Profile - Brewver

Bottle, gift from the brewer. Originally tried on August 28th, 2025. Medium dark orange to reddish color, small off-white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, hops, bitter hops, heavy bitter, distant raisins. Very pleasantly heavy bitter. I like it.

Bottle at home shared with Laura. Opaque black color, medium sized dark brown colored head that lasts for quite a while. Aroma is malts, peat, brown malts. Flavor is malts, brown malts, slightly softer peat notes and moderately bitter. Medium to full body, suitable medium carbonation. Very solid I'd say.

Bottle at home shared with Laura. Clear yellow golden color with a huge sized bubbly white head. Aroma is wheat, malts, floral, citrusy. Flavor is similar, plus a firm bitterness in the finish. Not bad.

Bottle at home shared with Laura. Dark orange copper color, average sized off-white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, herbal, a bit boozy -hmm not very common in a tripel- and more bitterness than usually in a tripel. Heavy. Not your usual tripel.

Bottle at home. Opaque dark brown to black color, medium sized light brown colored head that diminishes fairly quickly. Aroma and flavor are malts, roasted malts, chocolate, sweetish a bit, whiskey, chocolate bitters as well, distant liquorice. Pleasant quite full body, velvety texture, soft carbonation. Lovely beer.

Bottle at home shared with Laura. Autumnal red brown color, medium to full sized off-white head. Aroma is malts, sweetish, brown candy sugar notes. Flavor is malts, sweet, cognac, brown candy sugar again. Firm body, soft carbonation. Awesome. One of the best ones I think.
